This place is nice. The shared area has coffee and herbal tea, which is great for relaxing and unwinding. The bathhouse isn't big, but since foreigners don't usually bathe, it wasn't crowded.

Excellent short stay at Kyoto. The Sakura Terrace The Atelier is close to the Train Station and bus station. Easy to go anywhere. The place is comfortable and clean. The lounge is spacious, and you can make free teas and coffees. There are free washing machines and dryers also, but some are not working well.

For solo travelers, I highly recommend this hotel. It's close to Kyoto Station, just a 400-meter walk away. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

First time using this app to book a hotel. I was overlook at the number of guest, when I reached there, I only realised that it was meant for one guest and not two. Hence I need to make additional payment. I think overall this is due to the apps unfriendliness design. As I a heavy user on booking. Hotel itself was good and great/the only bad thing is there is no shower room in each floor but only available at the ground floor togather with onsen facilities which means there is no much privacy. My fault that I didn't read through the review and understand the concept of the hotel. Also the hotel location was ok, but still needed 7 min walk from Kyoto station, I would prefer less than 3 min walk from station on my future booking.

Room clean. Toilet and bathroom clean. Common room is very comfortable, we can relax drink tea and coffee there after a long day walking in kyoto. Staff very helpful. We have a very pleasant stay here. Will come back if we have the chance.

Would want to go back here when we visit Kyoto again. Public bath is amazing with complete amenities and very clean facilities. And the best thing is making your own handcrafted coffee or tea.

We were refused at check-in because we brought a child who was 13 years old.

Close to Kyoto Station, the rooms are quite comfortable even with a public bath, breakfast system with coupons purchased the day before. There is a coin laundry room cleaned once every 4 days but Kiga can borrow vacum to clean the room. Tea, coffee, mineral water in the lobby. Staff are friendly

The concept of a unique hotel, bunk beds, the room is rather narrow, clean, but no bathroom in the room, for the closet there are provided 4 toilets in the girls toilet. The one in the toilet guy I do not know. Shower down to the floor g, toiletries and hair dryer tersebia complete in the bathroom. There are enough bathrooms that are given wall coverings, glass doors, there is also an open bathroom. Quite unique, the design arditekturnya interesting, breakfast is also delicious, we have to select the menu.

From my 5 days trip, this hotel is the best! Very comfortable, although the room was very small but it's comfy enough for me and my wife. The bathroom is also very clean, and they have an open bath! Two thumbs up for Sakura Terrace The Atelier
