Cozy room!

Room layout not ideal, bed right at the entrance. No full-length mirror in the whole room. Long queue for breakfast, had to give up.

本次入住體驗非常不錯，房型寛大乾靜也安靜，頭燈觸控方便，泳池非常棒，空間夠大也全程有救生員，水稍淺了些，早餐還行該有的都有，水果好吃，有機會還會想入住

very clean and looks new, bed is so good to sleep, the pool is so small meant for kids, breakfast buffet is nice, every dish is so delicious but western options are limited, overall the experience was good

早餐很棒及住宿環境都不錯，服務人員的態度也很好。 唯一的缺點空調的聲音有點大聲，半夜睡覺不得不把它關掉。

The staff were extremely nice!

The room is very clean and the staffs are very friendly. The surrounding area are very quiet. We will come back to stay when we travel again to 嘉義。

Very comfortable, Western-style hotel on the east side of Chiayi. On-site restaurant providing meals as well as a breakfast buffet. Staff is very friendly, and there's enough English spoken to communicate your needs and critical information. I appreciate they are able and willing to order taxi service and can indicate whether you prefer to pay by cash or credit card. Rooms are very comfortable. Mostly local language television stations but a few English stations for movies and news. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel staffs are very kind and friendly, they made everything so easy for us. I will definitely stay here again next time when I visit Chiayi.

Brand new purposely built hotel building with tasteful contemporary exterior & interior design for Chiayi standard. Good laid out of the room, big bathroom with top brands fitting & shower. Though the tiny bathtub just killed all the good rating. No idea why they fit such a small tub in such a big space, it doesn’t even fit me to sit properly, not to mention for two, Such a great shame. Especially in the days when the rooftop swimming pool closed down by law.
