Good heat in our room friends not so much (we were on the ground floor, they were on the first)

Room was clean staff was nice. But big down was no internet. I was going to stay another night but had to leave due the no wifi. Should of let me know before check-in. I would've not stayed.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay.The property is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm, with stunning grounds that truly make you feel relaxed the moment you arrive. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The amenities and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Querétaro.

Room was good, but the internet could be better to be offered at all locations with one password, need to upgrade internet system. Also, too many remotes for the TV.

Clean room and nice staff

Es bonito el hotel y el staff amable. Desafortunadamente en nuestra habitación vimos un par de cucarachas Nos cambiaron a otra habitación al reportarlo, sin embargo no contaba con agua caliente, y el piso estaba evidentemente sucio. Fue una mala experiencia en términos generales.

Their app shows all the rooms with windows. I even paid for a more expensive room and it didn’t have a window

The hotels location was perfect in the historic city center. HOWEVER, there were major problems with the water! We never knew when the water would be on or off. The staff kept giving us different answers as to why the water was off, including that there was an issue with water in the city center. After talking with other tourists staying at other hotels, we realized this wasn’t true. The staff also changed the story for when the water would be turned on and for how long. The answers were never consistent. It was very upsetting. We never knew when we could take a shower, use the toilet, or brush our teeth. The WiFi showed full signal but it was impossible to connect. The in room safe did not work and the batteries were never replaced. Our holiday was not as relaxing as we wanted due to these inconveniences.

Good property and walkable to all.major attaractions .Wifi was an issue though but manageable

Water pressure in the shower was very low, and the water to our room went out twice during our stay. We also saw a roach in the bathroom.

There was no rooms available. I had to find another hotel!

Really a comfortable place to stay. Antique building but with modern amenities and walking distance to everything you need. Would definitely come back and recommend.

It has outstanding location and hip trendy look and feel. Staff at checking were super friendly (Carolina) !

Great hotel we enjoyed are stay. Steps away from at least four different Plazas, food and shopping. Great price and customer service.

Excellent location, spacious room, super comfortable bed, friendly staff, beautiful room updates without losing the original colonial feeling, The affordable price is the best part of all!!!

Wi-fi never worked.
