Simply stunning hotel tastefully shaped within old Siena. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Staff was incredible (Flavia, Claudio, and others). The breakfast was magnificent. The only recommendation that we have is that the hotel could have someone available to answer questions after 2100 when the receptionist leave. We lost power in one Side of the room where the fan was plugged and we had to wait until next morning to be repaired. However, we will stay there again if we come back to Siena. Beautiful place and helpful staff!

The building and rooms and modern upgrades for a 14th century building and the condition was very good and clean inside for a building that old. Owners take very good care of it and a very good with service and the employees are very friendly.

Fabulous property- staff were amazing and helpful with suggestions of local restaurants, points of interest. Helpful with arranging transportation to local winery. Unique rooms in renovated castle. Charming and comfortable. Would highly recommend and would stay there again. Breakfasts were wonderful selection of sweet and savory continental breakfast

Super well redeveloped historical building into a gorgeous boutique hotel. Staff were extremely helpful, always smiling and always offering help. Claudio even curated a travel map for us. Everything from clean rooms to comfy beds to high end bath robes to excellent breakfast were exceptional. Have already made arrangements to return next year. A real jewel of Siena.

A dramatic and interesting building, converted into an hotel about 8 years ago. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good.

This hotel is located in a great part of the city and is very walkable to multiple sites to see and experience. Parking off site was a short walk and easy to figure out. The staff has also been so very friendly and helpful which makes the experience that much more enjoyable. We also enjoyed the fresh breakfast in the mornings to start our day.

The staff went out of their way to tend to every request we had. Very lovely people!
