Didn't stay The hotel informs that the air conditioner drips to cancel the reservation. But in the system there is no cancellation. I really feel bad. The hotel is not helpful and does not give any advice.

The room is not clean with a bad smell. Not enough people to wipe towels. Bedroom for 3 people can sleep only 2 with no extra bed.
