Room was amazing, front desk staff very responsive to request. Breakfast was okay but I would go to local bakery next time . We will definitely stay again if we return to Solothurn.

Great check-in and really good hospitality

Due to the holiday season, reception closed at 15:00 hours, so check in was thru an envelope. Rooms are very spacious, bed and showers are good, but it is an ancient structure and building, so don’t expect modern rooms or furniture. Staff when available was very helpful. Great to walk around the area.

I love the cleanliness, bar, great breakfast...always a little hot in the room...I had to keep window open all night...no window screens. But this doesn't stop me from staying here again. Cleanliness is my favorite thing about this hotel.

Wonderful location in the center of a beautiful historic city. The staff were absolutely delightful, friendly and so helpful. The food was wonderful and everyone speaks beautiful English!

very clean and safe with excellent breakfast. parking is a challenge but available within short walk and also 9 or so spaces in the hotel garage across the street.

The staff was always pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel is wonderful in the beautiful old part of Solothurn. The only issue for me was the hardness of the mattress but that is a personal preference to have a softer bed.

We were on our own after a tour and we saw Solothun on HGTV so we changed our stay from Bern to Solothun. Luckily for us, I booked La Couronne because it was perfect in every way! It was elegant, spacious, very clean and located in Old Town walking distance from the train station. The staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Wonderful stay!

Perfekt

Personnel fort sympathique et professionnel, qui parle parfaitement le français. Hôtel super bien situé, chambres très propres avec des produits de soins d'une excellente qualité. Décoration incroyable et tout est bien pensé. Parquet dans la chambre très bruyant, coussins pas top du tout (un de nous réveillé avec un nerf coincé dans la nuque). Chambre au-dessus de la porte d'entrée; il y avait une réception au 1er et lorsque les personnes sortaient fumer, il y avait une très forte odeur de cigarette dans la chambre (fenêtre entrouverte). Bon petit-déjeuner, cependant un prix quelque peu excessif : 30.-/personne. Place de parc dans un garage à 2 pas de l'hôtel pour 25.-/nuit.
