convenient location next to train station and close to Nonneseter tram stop, we arrived in the morning n was able to get a room right away. modern clean rooms. coffee tea hot water facilities at ground floor thruout the day. generous breakfast spread, its the same everyday but theres many options to choose. walking distance to Xmas market. my child got fever the 2nd day so its good we have a comfy room. would stay here again if i come to Bergen.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was exceptionally professional, with staff who were attentive, courteous, and always willing to assist with a genuine smile. Location is superb. Literally a few steps away from the train/bus station. Walking distance to major tourist attractions. AC in the room didn't seem to work, so I had to open the window to let the cool air flow in. Hair dryer stopped working every half a minute or so, which was a major downside for me. They don't have a hand shower in the bathroom. Excellent breakfast.

The room is very narrow. There are very few amenities in the room, no fridge, hot pot, tea, coffee, trash. There is only 1 tank in the bathroom. There is no wardrobe and hangers.

Nice location, but less of sign.

No air conditioning only air ventilation but rooms, Staff, Breakfast, etc... were good and worth money.
