There was parking on street and a private car park for the pub. The

We stayed at The Victoria for 2 nights as we were going to the rugby World Cup final at Twickenham. We parked at the rear of the hotel before checking in, which was quick and straightforward. The room was cosy, comfortable and clean. We ate in the restaurant the first night. The food was delicious and the servings were generous and the staff were attentive. We had a cooked breakfast Saturday and the continental Sunday. Both were tasty. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend staying here

We stayed for the Rugby World Cup weekend and used this as a base. Very friendly staff, lovely food and overall we would stay again when we come down for the rugby

Great staff and welcome, car park lucky to get 4 cars in. Rooms very dated, carpets dirty with furnishings worn out, not very inviting.

The accommodation is really good value for money, the location to Richmond Park is great for walking. On a quite residential street with customer parking.

Lovely rooms in a tranquil part of south west London attached to a charming pub. Absolutely perfect for a visit to Kew Gardens and Richmond. The rooms were nicely decorated with comfy beds and everything you would need in them; tea, coffee, hairdryer, tv and nice little en suite. Continental breakfast was extra special with each visitor receiving a freshly prepared serving, inclding fruit salad, luxury yoghurt, salami and cheese, toast and the nicest brownie you could hope for. Great choice of hot drinks and cereals too. Would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed another stay at the Victoria which is an ideal location for me when visiting London. My room was comfortable with a good shower room. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and bottle of water were greatly appreciated. Looking forward to my next visit.

Excellent stay. Great location to Kew Gardens and Richmond park. Fab breakfast.

A gem of a find in the leafy suburb of Richmond

Great stay for our visit to Wimbledon and Richmond. Quiet residence near Richmond park and main bus route. Lovely welcome and helpful information given. The weather was so hot so unfortunately the room was too even though a fan was provided. Coukd have done with a fridge in the room for cold drinks etc. Would book again.

No A/C in the room when temperature hits 33 degrees C so it was difficult to have some sleep…

You would not believe the pub was in such a lovely area and with the high street and all its other offerings so close - so close to London , Heathrow and transport - a gem !

What a find! Absolutely gorgeous little place. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, especially as we were later checking in than planned and feeling stressed out and tired! The bedroom and en suite were spotless, modern, and quiet, and there was a floor standing fan provided to keep us cool. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast was superb, we opted for the continental; it was fresh and plentiful. Wish we could have stayed longer - will definitely return and have already recommended to family and friends.

Stayed as a 'last minute' decision..and pleased we did. Good location.. quiet and peaceful setting but easy to get to Kew, Richmond and Richmond Park . Great atmosphere in the pub..given the location, it's mainly locals not tourists..very welcoming and friendly pub team. Continental breakfast included which was very good - quality and quantity. Rooms furnished and equipped to a high standard (only one minor thing to note..and it really is minor given all of the positives...room was really warm, even with the fan running ). All good - would definitely stay again .

Me and my girlfriend were on a weekend in Richmond and found The victoria an ideal location. Really quiet residential area not too far from Richmond. The room was small but had everything we needed. The shower was a little underpowered but was adequate. The food, drink and staff were all excellent. Really nice welcoming people who were a pleasure to be there with. We ate on arrival and had breakfast Sunday morning which was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely property. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. I've scored it lower for a few reasons. There's no air conditioning - there was a fan, but it was very warm when I stayed, and the fan didn't really do much. It was noisy from planes hoing into and out of Heathrow. I stayed at the beginning of the week, when the pub is closed and the nearest shops are 15min walk away.

Over night stay. Met owner Steve and his daughter and both very friendly and helpful. Great hotel.
