The kitchen is not well equipped it only had one coffee cup for three people so we did ask for more and they did provide them.There is no dish soap,pots pans or anything for cooking the blender was dirty the counters were not clean either. There was no bath mat or face cloths and the safe was locked , we requested to have it open so we could use it they said they would but never did. The area is very walkable and close to a lot of things. It is very noisy due to El Fogen next door with live music they are open until 3:00 a.m. also take note this property has no elevator. We are able-bodied so it did not affect us but we were on the 5th floor and had to walk almost 80 stairs each way.. the beds were very comfortable but only have sheets, we requested blankets and we're told they didn't have any. The water is gravity feed so the shower has zero pressure and sometimes zero hot water. It was NOT an overall negative experience just not exactly what we were expecting, just trying to share all the information.

We got what we were looking for. Overall we like our stay. Has a lot off street food and small and big restaurants. El Fagon restaurant is right next door, always has line of people. First night i thought that i could not sleep because of the noise from the restaurants, so i used ear plugs, but next nights i decided not to use them and noise didn't bother me. Also nice torta place Pancho Villa is only a block away. We bought a lot of street food and always had great experience. Our daughter loves el pastor tacos 🌮. We haven't timed it, but around 8-10 minutes walk to the beach. Walmart is right near to the place as well if you need some essentials. Axel was really helpful, always assisted us in our needs, thank you.

Loved that it’s close to everything and staff was very helpful and attentive.

We had a bit of trouble with bathroom handle coming off unable to get out called property manager regarding sent someone to take a look he so call fixed my daugther went in to use bathroom and once again it came off other than that it was a cute place to stay

The people at the hotel are amazing. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable

This little studio was perfect for my daughter and I. Close to everything. Right beside a fabulous local taco place, across the street from Walmart for groceries, short walk to the beach and Quinta Avenida. Amenities could have been a better, there was a bit of a language barrier with the host, I asked for face cloths and was given hand towels, ended up buying some at Walmart. Not much for cooking utensils & pans, but made do. Our room was facing the street which was a little loud at night, but to me that was part of the local experience. Live music from the restaurant next door. This place was a great location and had everything we needed, and was reasonably priced too. Nothing fancy but I would definitely stay here again.

Room was decent for a family. The only thing missing was a pool and other accommodations. Overall, hospitality was good.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a family ladies trip with my twin daughter’s birthday. The room was great it had a bunk bed for twins and king bed for me. It had a full kitchen that was well stocked and enough room for my husband and sons to visit for a few hours to bring gifts. Monica was great with customer service. She was very kind and accommodating. Great location! We went to the Columbian restaurant across the street. Walmart is kitty corner. A karaoke bar is 1 block away and on the weekend there is an outdoor market with live performances 2 blocks away. The beach is 4 or 5 blocks a way. Great shopping and restaurants near by

Pro's: 1) Staff are VERY friendly 2) Rooms are clean (and recleaned regularly) 3) A block from Walmart 4) Fairly short walk to 5th Ave. (Tourist street) 5) Budget friendly 6) Kitchen area makes it super easy to make a quick breakfast/lunch and eat with family. Con's: 1) Lobby could use a coat of paint / lighting. (Semi dark entry area, paint peeling on walls - To clarify this is ONLY the lobby, rooms are great). 2) Not very handicap accessible. (More so putting this here as a heads-up if anyone needs). 3) Bathrooms have a small (close to ceiling) window facing into the hallway of the building (for ventilation).

The staff was very friendly that checked us in. Room was very neat and tidy.

Clean, Staff very helpful, not much noise at night but not a lot of pots and pans but right across the street is a great kitchen supply store.

The property was very clean and the location was great! Right across the street from a. Walmart . Plenty dinning and stores, just a few blocks from the beach. The building it 5 stories and there is no elevator. The front desks guy is from Poland and super nice and helpful and offered to take my things upstairs. He does speak very good English and Spanish . Building very secure.

It was a nice condo feeling. We had a bunk bed in children room and kids had a blast. Kitchen and utensils were very functional and microwave was handy. Walmart us a block away and convenient. Will definitely come again.
