The check was very easy, they even let us check in a few hours early. The hotel was lovely and clean, the lamp in the room didn’t work but plenty of other lights, the tv wouldn’t connect to the internet so could only watch French tv. Spa area was lovely and relaxing after a busy day skiing. We had one free access per booking so definitely made use of it. The breakfast was brilliant. Hot and cold buffet breakfast so great start to the day. Location of hotel was perfect, not too far from all the lifts. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the bar area was very nice and all the staff were extremely friendly. Would definitely come again.

An excellent stay..even in summer!

We visited this property in July , the rooms were lovely , clean with coffee and tea facilities, the noise from the plumbing upstairs was awful , even though I presume this is more of a winter area the hotel was busy , the area around the pool was clean and well looked after , the food in the restaurant on an evening was excellent and so was the breakfast which had a great variety of fresh cooked bread items ,with the most amazing cheeseboard ( yes , for breakfast) . There was lots of parking as they had an underground carpark . The area itself was lovely , uphill on the way back but still walkable , the town itself even though it was summer had plenty still to do in the town centre and the cable cars and ski lifts still working , cafes and restaurants open , had a great atmosphere, would certainly return

Wonderful hotel with an amazing restaurant and a fantastic spa. It was not ski in/ski out as announced, though the lifts were a short, 5-minute walk from the equipment lockers

I begrudgingly offer a glowing review, begrudgingly because it will make this wonderful hotel a little bit more popular and a little bit more expensive. However, the staff are excellent, very hard working and extremely professional, and they deserve to be praised. The rooms and the spa (free for one guest for a two hour slot, extra for second guest) are also excellent. Ski lifts and multiple bars/restaurants are a short walk away. However, the restaurant in the hotel is also definitely worth visiting. I left my gloves in the bar, I cannot collect them so please treat them well.

The room needs a few extras. Better bigger towels. No wash clothes. Nespresso machine great. There is a water kettle in the room but they only leave one bag of tea unless you ask. Shower is good. Not enough electric outlets in the room. Need to disconnect the nespresso machine in order to plug the phone charger, etc…Next time I will try a different hotel in La Clusaz. Just take a chance…

Location is great, walking distance to the town and lifts. Nice and cosy rooms. Good breakfast and parking, beautiful spa is a big bonus

Our hotel experience in Odalys was beyond our expectation! The room they gave us is with stunning view of the Alps and the hotels's pool. The amenities are fantastic, the pool has worm water and we relaxed on thier spa. The room and bed was very spacious and with built in kitchen which we did not expect. Overall, it was a very personal exprience for us a couple. We will definetly come back.

The rooms are really spacious and modern, and the hotel has great amenities and common space. Super convenient if you want to ski, all shops / tracks are just a 5min walk away. Definitely recommend.

We stayed 2 days after a few days in Annecy and it was lovely being up in the mountains. The hotel is in a perfect spot just a short walk to the many restaurants and is modern, but homely. The hotel staff were excellent and were always willing to help with advice on good walks or to help booking a taxi. Breakfast was very good with a full choice of quality options. The room was clean, fully equipped and had a lovely balcony and in our case with a mountain view. I very rarely go back to a hotel, but in this case we are already planning our next trip and next time it will be for a few days longer.

Very large rooms, with small kitchenette, and regular size fridge. Some of the odd numbered rooms look inwards to the complex, ( we were F 111) so limited views. Some even nos look to the slopes.. Breakfast regular continental ham cheese, yoghurt, hot option = boiled egg ( self cook 6.5 mins recommended ). Staff v. Helpful. 2 Mules restaraunt, top quality, presentation is excellent, but OTT. Bar prices equally OTT. Location wise, easy stroll (even in ski boots !) to the lifts, 250-300m, for evening entertainment, less than 10mins to the high street plenty of eateries.

We really enjoyed our ski break in La Clusaz staying at Hotel Odalys. The breakfast is sumptuous and the staff care very friendly and helpful. It is only a 5 min walk to the Bossonet lift station and the free shuttle bus stop is just outside the hotel. Very easy to find restaurants close by and the Bistro 2 mules is in the hotel. You get a free session in the spa which is fantastic. Overall perfect place to stay

Excellent hotel for ski in / ski out. Our room was perfect, could not have asked for more. Great service from our arrival at reception through to leaving. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel facilities for skiers was great with secure lockers for drying your gear.... will definitely stay again

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The room was big and modern with all the amenities you could wish for. The beds were very comfortable and we had a little patio coming off from the room with a lovely view. The hotel has a fantastic ski locker room that was a 5 min walk from the ski slopes which was perfect. The only downside to our room was the sound of something like beer barrels being rolled in at 11pm till about 1am and something being cleaned at night but a pair of ear plugs solved that noise issue and we would consider going back in a heart beat we really enjoyed our stay.

This was a very pleasant modern hotel. The restaurant area for breakfast was very new and gave great views of the resort

Rooms are a good size and very clean, with comfortable beds. The restaurant is new since our last stay, and although I didn't eat there in the evening, breakfast was better than last year.
