Loved the neighbourhood and how clean and stylish the apartment was. Roberto the door man was AMAZING!! Such a kind man - didn't speak English but we managed. Only detriments were that there were no facecloths and the apartment was a little stinky, even with opening the tiny windows.

The room was really nice, large and clean. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. The staff was really nice and helpfull.

Poor experience at checkout. We had a 5 AM departure. We approached the guard, Gustavo, to open the gate. He said nobody told him we were leaving so he refused to open the gate. Our ride to airport was waiting, I told the guard he had no right hold us against our will and that this constitutes kidnapping. My wife was getting very scared. I told her to standby on calling the police.Does 911 work in Mexico?Is he armed? Can I kick his ass to rescue my family? He is calling several numbers but no one is answering at 5 AM. Finally, someone calls him and tells him to let us go. Fortunately, the driver had waited. “ So, other than that Mrs Kennedy,… how was your trip to Dallas?”Other than that it was nice place to stay… we will not be back!

No Microwave! Would of been nice.

The space was clean and the staff very professional. The apartment was spacious and modern. This is a great location and close walking distance to all shops and restaurants. My family and I loved it!

The apartment was great! The Staff amazingly helpful and courteous! Our 10 day stay here was awesome! other than the traffic at the street. But i now realize that is all of Mexico City, This location was great too! Close to a lot of great attractions. Even my elderly mother could walk to the zoo and the Bosque from here. Would highly recommend it!

Clean room, quiet, felt safe with doorman there 24-7

Extremely lazy staff, with terrible practices regarding attempts to make extra charges — even using our card without authorization. It was an awful checkout experience; the manager is extremely rude and completely unqualified for her position. We organize more than 400 global events a year, and this was the first time something like this has ever happened! I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone — not even on a dog, and in my house, we treat our dogs very well!
