Property was nice and well maintained I loved the free laundry and the included coffee and snacks at front desk. The rooms were decent size although the layout was a bit strange did not like having to enter closet to enter restroom, also the air conditioner had limits. Overall the experience id say was an 8/10 would stay there again, I was really said when I did not receive the complimentary bottle of wine listed on the booking page.

Big spacious room, excellent shower, couch and bed combo. Neat and organized easy to navigate to and from. Close to many local shops, food, park.

Property and location are amazing. Staff very friendly and attentive. The only downside is the noise from the road every morning due to construction taking place adjacent to the building.

Fue una estadia muy agradable, el lugar es amplio, tiene luz natural, todas las amenidades, hay seguridad, es comodo, limpio, muy buena locacion, a una cuadra de Reforma y en la esquina hay un 7-Eleven y Una Cafeteria y mas restaurantes, asi que todo estaba ahi. La verdad es una muy buena opcion.

This place is central to many things/places. My family and I enjoyed it!! You could experience local culture safely. Very walkable!!!

Well located but the apt. needs a fresh coat of paint. Also the only window had an ugly view (back of the building). Security guards were helpful and friendly.

The property was clean. However, several nights we could hear music and people talking and laughing. The noise appeared to from a near by restaurant or dancing club.

The hotel is nice and clean and convenient to walk around. Kinda noisy and not enough bathroom toiletries.

Need more towels change. But everything else is very good and worth the money.

This is a really nice little boutique apartment type residence. It is a really good value and is in a most wonderful section of Mexico City. We were thoroughly impressed with everything about it except for the laundry facilities. Someone had used the washers and dryers before us and left something in them that ruined one of my white blouses. Use the laundry facilities if you absolutely have to, but be careful. The first laundry that we did came out fine but when we did our laundry at the end of our week, stay, the washers had gotten polluted with something. Period just not well maintained.

As owners of a travel business and having visited over 100 countries, this experience was easily one of the worst. We literally live in hotels and serviced apartments every day, all over the world. This place was AWFUL. We encountered multiple problems that got totally ignored, followed by being lied to REPEATEDLY and then refusing to refund us when we left 2 days early. If you stay here, you will regret it!

That was new, and very friendly besides that security guard was very attractive.

The location was excellent and very clean. Only thing was the lack of response to my question of parking availability. I’m glad we opted not to rent a car and used the Turibus bus service to tour around it was easy and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the first time that I stated at this place. I absolutely loved it. The place is very clean, safe, secured and accessible. I got room service every day. Staff are super friendly. I will be going back in June to stay for two weeks.

Good service and excellent location

Me gustó mucho la ubicación ya que es súper céntrico, a una cuadra de Av Reforma. Las instalaciones están bien mantenidas, la atención de Angélica muy buena, lo único que no me deja calificar con la máxima puntuación fueron 2 temas puntuales: 1. El piso de las habitaciones no se limpiaba a diario sino únicamente se hacía la cama y se sacaba la basura. Esto es importante decirlo porque hay trabajos estructurales dentro del edificio y otros que colindan con el mismo, por lo que los pisos están llenos de tierra y es evidente. 2. Tuvimos un incidente dado que habíamos comido pesado y esto llevó a mi esposo a vomitar durante la madrugada. A la mañana siguiente se me hizo saber que yo debía lavar la toalla en la que había caído vómito, situación que no deja de sorprenderme dado que las toallas no estaban bien conservadas (más efectivo hubiera sido botarla) y me parece ilógico que se me pida meter una sola toalla en la lavadora con detergente, cuando es exactamente eso, voltear la funda que contenía la toalla en la lavadora y vertir el detergente. A mi no se me quita nada en hacerlo, pero quisiera saber qué hubiera pasado si mi hijo de 2 años hubiera mojado la sábana durante la noche, también hubiera tenido que lavarla yo?.
