Poor isolation from outdoor noise

2 night in a two, smoke alarm went off because a guest was smoking in room. The entire floor alarm when off

Reception staff is very helpful, thanks to all experienced and trainee staff are very supportive

Excellent greeting when I arrived, Reception Lady polite. 5 stars. Room in good clean condition. Room Service, not good. Very loud music in background, difficult to hear person, had to shout, so order could be heard. Once food arrived, pasta overcooked and soggy.

Very pleasant, comfortable and practical... The only issue faced that my reservation was not ready at check in

everything was poor. very bad billows. at check out, they asked me if I took something from the minibar and I told him "No". He didn't believe and I had to wait until they checked the room.
