Literally a budget hotel.But the staff were kind enough Poor internet connection.

We got what we paid for. Clean and good location, but the mattress was so hard. Located near the walls of the old city, it compensated for the low quality mattress.

The staff as excellent, friendly, informative and helpful and for us non French people, their English was great Extremely basic as was expected for an Ibis Budget hôtel. Decent breakfast Surprisingly, the hotel does NOT RECYCLE. LOCATION was a short 10 min 800 meter/half mile from the train station. Decent value but if you can find an Ibis STYLE for not much more money then take the Ibis Style as they are much nicer

Location was super...10 minute walk to train station across the street from walled city! Breakfast was plentiful. Rooms were decent sized and a/c worked great!

Great for short stay!

Served its purpose for an overnight stay. Quick check in. Efficient and friendly staff. Good location immediately outside the old town. Close to tram and bus stop. A fair distance away from the train station. However, room and bathroom had a bad smell; shower head leaked at various places and sprayed out of the shower. Shower had dark dirt/mould stains in the corners.

Very basic hotel on a busy road with very limited parking. Breakfast good and staff were very helpful. Adequate for an overnight stay.

Construction around the hotel created a problem finding parking entrance. Google maps were sending us to the old entrance that was closed. Rooms are small; our stay was during the shoulder season, when air conditioner was not working yet, but the heat was already not necessary. It was not enough air in the room especially during the night. Other than this breakfast was excellent. Room was very quit and location was perfect for old city exploration.

First impression- scary. We had to loop around to find the entrance. In the 3 minute loop, I saw multiple rats and several homeless people. Rooms are small and spartan. Lots of flies. Towels are very old and stiff. On the positive note, they do have an elevator. The breakfast was good. And the staff was kind.

Convenient and is a decent value for what it is. I needed a low cost place to stay for 1 night, it served its purpose. A/C doesn't perform well. The staff was very nice.

Reasonable for the pricing but the room smelled weird. A bit far from the station. No shops nearby.

Manager could do better or have better attitude about failure in providing guests Wifi access, which is promised but not at mercy of the hotel. Customer Service seems to be a big issue in this kind of budget hotel. My two nights stay over in Avignon could be a more comfortable one, after overcoming the bunk bed setting in room.

Value hotel very close to the old city, a service with a smile!

Short easy walk to the city center and most sightseeing locations. Property was clean and secure. Would stay here again.

The hotel is very well located for people coming by car since there is a free parking spot nearby and the main old town attractions are within an easy walking distance. However, the rooms resemble more an old student dormitory instead of a hotel, many things are broken and the over feeling is disappointing. The price, however, was quite competitive.
