We have traveled throughout Asia, Europe, and Central America and this has to be one of my favorite hotels ever. Pictures on the Internet do not do it justice, it is absolutely beautiful! The location is also superb and the staff were friendly and helpful. I absolutely love this place and would return into a heartbeat!!

This has to be one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed at. We had one of the luxury suites on the second floor with private access to the pool. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was amazing. We loved the fireplace and the soaking tub. Breakfast was included and we were able to chose anything from the menu. We were all given drink vouchers for the rooftop bar. Location is perfect. Less than a 5 minute walk to the main Parroquia. Restaurants, bars, bakeries and stores all around. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

THE MOST CHARMING HOTEL, STAFF WAS SO NICE, THE MOST COMFORTABLE ROOM AND BED. CLOSE TO THE BEST SPOTS IN SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE. DEFINITELY STAYING HERE WHEN WE COME BACK, DEFINITELY RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL.

We had a fantastic stay. The property is beautiful, clean and fun to stay at. We got a beautiful bedroom, spacious and elegant… and the bed was exquisite. The food (in particular breakfast) was delicious. Easy acces (valet parking if driving from CDMX) and walkable to all SMdA sights. Most importantly, the staff was phenomenal… friendly, helpful, kind. Would definitely recommend and we will be coming back with friends for another stay. Thank you!

Ideal stay, right in the centre, lovely staff (particularly Jessica at the front desk and the cleaning lady). The bars and restaurants were superb. All very clean, the pool was warm enough and the bed was super comfortable

Since we drive, the property proactively contacted us for the exact location of pickup as the road towards the hotel is closed for drving.
