I just wanted to share a bit about my recent stay. The staff at the lobby were really welcoming, which I appreciated. But honestly, some things in the room weren’t as clean as I expected—the coffee maker and the sink, for example. There was only half a roll of toilet paper and no small towels, which was annoying. I asked for the room to be cleaned twice, but it still hadn’t been done when I got back two days in a row. Also, I requested extra towels multiple times; sometimes I would not even get the extra towels. The worst part was hearing the housekeeper complain every morning about guests and hating her job. At one point, she even complained about my room because I had the “do not disturb” sign up until noon, and then I called to ask why the room wasn’t cleaned. I honestly didn’t know I had to get her approval or follow some schedule. It just felt really unprofessional. I stayed here a few months ago with no issues, so this was really disappointing. The only truly helpful and polite person was an older lady who brought extra towels late one night. Overall, I don’t recommend this place and probably won’t be coming back. I usually write detailed reviews for places in Mexico, so expect a more thorough one soon.

The room was in poor conditions. Didn’t appear to been clean on our first day of check-in and during our stay. We respectfully mentioned it to staff of the poor conditions upon arrival. Restroom tile had mole and were covered in body wash or conditioner(did not appear to be cleaned prior to check-in). Restrooms sink appeared clogged with hair or plumbing issues. Room floor covered with hair and dusty.We constantly had to call to get our room service every day and made complains of only the trash been taken out and nothing else cleaned. Overall not worth the money, experience or even worth having a 4 star rating. By far the worse hotel service i have experienced in years.

No te ponen café y si quieres te lo cobran sería más factible que te pongan café y lo incluyan en el precio de habitación , al momento de la limpieza no te ponen toallas , nada barren ni trapean el piso . Se está deteriorando el servicio los beneficios y la atención .

Close proximity to restaurants

We are Americans living part time in Mexico. We spent one night at the Fiesta Inn in preparation for boarding the El Chepe for the Copper Canyon. The hotel is conveniently located to shopping and dining options. It is also a short walk to the Sinaloa Park and Botanical Garden which is worth a visit even if the traffic is a little intimidating. The room was fine. It was clean, quiet and the air conditioner worked well. The bed was comfortable. There was only one bottle of water in the room which seems a little cheap. I did not go to the lobby for more water so perhaps that is the procedure here. Because we would be leaving early for the train, I asked the front desk if we could order a taxi for 6AM. Normally, I would use DiDi or Uber to find a ride but at that hour I was concerned that drivers might be in short supply. When we went to the lobby the next morning the night manager greeted us and we mentioned that we had ordered a 6AM taxi. A minute later, our driver appeared, ready to take us to his car. The manager said "He is our best man" and wished us well. This driver was not a taxi driver and his car was not a taxi. It was dirty and looked like it had been used to to haul crops. The ride to the train station was short and uneventful. I would not have been too irritated with the fact that we had gotten a ride from some random guy in a dirty car but then he charged $150 pesos for the privilege. That is about three times what an Uber would charge.
