Clean hotel and stuff can speak English. Very helpful for me.

Very good hotel with a good restaurant and very good breakfast and dinner buffets. Only complaint is sometimes there is no buffet or the restaurant isn't open depending on the number of guests staying at the hotel. There is however 24/7 room service available.

Stayed here for 9 days for a family visit. We booked the business suite which I’m glad we did given the duration. The business suite is the biggest room in the hotel and is well laid out and offers commanding views across the valley. I would not recommend this room for any more than 2 people. The house keeping was reliable, cleaning the room daily (although one day they missed our room and we had to call the front desk to request they come do it at 3pm, which they do with little fuss). There is no pool at this hotel, which is unfortunate, however there is a VERY modest gym on the first floor. The big drawcard for this hotel is its proximity to ParkShopping São Caetano, with all of its bars, cinemas, shops and restaurants.

Right across the street from a brand new mall in a very safe neighborhood. A heated pool would have been nice but other than that it was a great hotel.

Breakfast is not good and the Wi-Fi won’t work at all.

Expensive for the overall experience.

Excelente localizacion, mal servicio, limpieza es cuando la pidas y si quieren y pueden llegar. El valet parking rompio el cristal del carro y no se hizo responsable de la situacion.

Very pleasant hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff, efficient service, and good food options. The only downsides would be paid parking and paid early checkin. Great experience overall.

WiFi signal and speed is low. Need add USB port for charge battery on walls.

They should advise travelers that the voltage is 220 since this is an exception in the whole state. I missed having microwave, coffee maker in the room as itis very common in other countries. Shower area had some mold spots on the wall/floor grout. Considering price/location/confort it was a good experience. Breakfast was included and it was very good. It is good to stay in walking distance of a shopping mall with plentyfull options of restaurants

O hotel é muito confortável e com um ótimo atendimento, apesar da demora no atendimento de uma solicitações pelo apto como recomendado. O quarto era bem espaçoso, mas não era um reprodução fiel das imagens de divulgação do quarto, faltava um espelho de corpo inteiro. O café tinha uma variedade de opções, mas nada muito diferente de outros hotéis. A localização é favorável por estar próximo a um dos melhores shoppings da região.
