Great location and staff. We had a great stay, rooms are small but when in Punta Del Este who stays in the room ?!?

The staff was wonderful and good to bounce ideas off of. I was comfortable here and the places is easily walkable to beaches on each side of the city along with plenty of bars and restaurants. I enjoyed Punta del Este more than Montevideo despite being a bit of a history guy and generally liking capital cities. Also, Jose Ignacio is a short trip up the coast and it's absolutely beautiful there.

Staff (Alfredo very friendly and helpful very professional); but hotel very old and dirty. Hotel pictures don’t let them fool you rooms are moldy and humid regardless of air conditioning. Very limited breakfast, not worth it. A ton of mosquitoes and bedroom comforters have period blood stains on them. When you ask for room service all they do is flip the comforter over so it seems clean but they make the bed with the same sheets and no cleaning. Nothing stolen which is good. In the bathroom when we first got there, it was humid and there was a dead cockaroack waiting for us in the bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting Don’t WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and nice. The breakfast is good the hotel is very nice the rooms are nice and clean and quiet. The hotel is nice the Terrace in front and the dining room and Bar. Parking is easily available . It's one block from the beach the location is excellent this hotel is the best deal in Punta. Don't tell anyone. Keep it to yourself

My mother and I stayed one night and it was perfect. Friendly and attentive staff, cleanliness was outstanding, very comfortable mattress, and breakfast was very good. I highly recommend it as It’s the perfect place to stay if you are planning to be out and about exploring Punta. Rooms are small but enough to rest. For sure will be back!

The owner and his wife were off-the-charts wonderful. This hotel is what I consider a hidden gem in Punta del Este. As a world traveler whose been to 119 countries and thousands of hotels, this gem was really, really good.

Great stay. Modest accommodations, but clean and convenient to everything. The staff is awesome and helpful with everything.

The service at this hotel is top notch. The owner took his time at check in to discuss the location, provide recommendations of restaurants and beaches nearby, and answered all the questions I had. They were friendly each time I came back to the hotel. Not having a key was a slight inconvenience but they were very prompt and friendly.

Great service and staff

The hotel has upgraded from its previous owner. The service is friendly and attentive to special needs. The hotel as such is not on a par with a similar standard hotel in Europe. The windows didn't close properly. The bathroom was minuscule. However, I slept fine, and I enjoyed the nice service from the owner and the staff.
