We were almost mauled by a Belgian Malinois that was let loose on our level we were staying at. Messaged the property, however no response or acknowledgement of message/email. A very scary situation for tourists considering no pets are allowed on the property.

The apartment was very clean and quiet.

This hotel used to be a mental institute for criminals and you can find evidences of that around the hotel which was very cool for us. There were plenty of parking space next to the building which was very convenient. Check-in was very easy since I got the pin code through SMS and email. Our room was very clean with everything you need except for toiletries. There were only hand soap in the bathroom. Overall, I was very happy with the stay. I would stay here again!

Outstanding quality well-equipped room in renovated institutional building (former psychiatric prison) perched on top of a hill, short (but steep) walk down to river or into center of town - completely unattended with fully automated check in (no problem) - make sure your phone is charged so you can get the email with the door code! On-site parking. The whole hill is currently a construction zone with other institutions being renovated and new apartments being built, but it was actually rather interesting to wander around them after hours. There is no noise though (sound-proofing extremely good perhaps). Really enjoyed the stay, and good value.

Amazing building and apartments with good facilities. Check in was easy with door codes sent by text on the day. Further out of town and bit of a treck from the station with luggage the only negative.

Inside a old prison mental hospital, clean comfy apartments in a good location. Bit of a walk downtown but it’s along the riverside so that’s fine.Will stay again.

Huone oli siisti. Meille oli varattu etukäteen majoitus kolmelle henkilölle, mutta yhtä vuoteista ei oltu pedattu etukäteen. Liinavaatteet sekä peitto ja tyyny löytyivät onneksi kaapista. Ilmainen pysäköinti hotellin pihassa oli hyvä juttu.

Sisäänpääsykoodi toimi moitteetta ja ohjeet siihen tulivat ajallaan. Aiempi sisäänkirjautumis mahdollisuus (esim. klo15) olisi hyvä olla ja uloskirjaus klo.11 on normaalia hotellikirjautumista aiempi. Sisäänastuessa rappukäytävä oli pimeänä, mikä ei ollut lapsi matkalaisesta kauhean miellyttävää linnamaisessa ympäristössä. Huoneessa oli hyvä varustelu ja se oli suht siistissä kunnossa. Kaapista löytyi mm. haljennut juomalasi ja ruokailuvälineet olivat likaisia, mikä oli epämiellyttävää. Isommat kahvikupit olisivat hyvä hankinta! Yhden kaapin oven mekanismi oli rikki jne. eli tämän kaltaisia pikkuvikoja löytyi. Kokonaisuudessaan toimisi useammallekkin yölle ja vaatteiden pesumahdollisuus huoneessa on hyvä lisä. Ihan sai vastinetta rahalleen.

Makuuhuone oli hyvin kylmä

Pääsykoodi tulee tekstiviestillä eli kirjautuminen onnistuu milloin vain. Parkkipaikka oli viikonloppuna illalla saapuessa melkoisen täysi. Yleisilme tiloissa on siisti, ja kunnostus tehty hyvällä maulla vanhasta vankimielisairaalasta. Huomioitavaa huonosti tarkeneville että huoneisto oli jo pikkupakkasilla erittäin kylmä. Itse tarkenen yleensä liiankin hyvin mutta nyt oli jo oikeasti kylmä, eikä seinillä olevien termostaattien säätö tuntunut auttavan yhtään kahden päivän vierailun aikana.

This place was fine, but when you're travelling with a dog there is not useful area to take your dog out. Small yard, but nothing more. It is not useful. Luckily there is a park in next block. Otherwise the place was good and easy to use.

Hieno paikka, huone hieno ja sijainti loistava. Tätä hohtoa hieman latisti se että huoneen lattia oli tahmainen sieltä täältä ja esimerkiksi patjoista ja tyynyistä paljastui erinäisiä länttejä kun lakanoita viikattiin lähtiessä. Kokonaisuudessaan kuitenkin positiivinen kokemus.

Rauhallinen sijainti, hyvä varustelu, erinomainen äänieristys. Ilmainen pysäköinti suuri plussa, jos vain paikkoja vapaana. Löytyy myös neljä sähkölatauspaikkaa.
