There was mold in our room, which made it difficult for me to breathe as I have asthma. We were supposed to stay three nights, but ended up having to leave as I couldn’t breathe properly. showed pictures to the front desk and tried to get a refund of the one night, but unfortunately was not able to. Expedia also tried for me to no avail.

It was quiet and yet in the middle of a busy walkable area. Great breakfast. Great wifi reception. Beautiful gardens. Ask them to help you understand how to control the shower temperature.

Property is outdated, but has pretty gardens and green areas. But it definitely needs to be remodeling! Staff was very nice and very helpful.

The hotel and restaurant are incredible! The staff and service are impeccable. Super close to the port, the shopping street, and incredible restaurants. 10/10 would recommend.

This hotel is a quiet, secluded garden in a busy little town, staffed by sunny, helpful people, and offering an excellent breakfast for the start of your day.

All was fine, needs an option for a hair dryer and a kettle in the room. There was no mini fridge. Receptionist and breakfast where excellent.

No hay una buena relación entre calidad y precio. Al menos a mí me lo vendieron como un hotel de 65USD en Pana y es de unos 35USD. Ruidoso, deteriorado y sucio. E personal bien y los desayunos bien.

GREAT SERVICE!!

I was staying here as a single person, staff was fine, only one person spoke English! Facilities are a bit tired and outdated but we’re fine for me, my girlfriend would not stay there but lucky she in Canada!

Nice Hotel

The grounds are very nice and perfect for outdoor gathering or resting. Room was small but comfortable and clean. Our Guatemalan family was very comfortable staying there. Great proximity to shopping on Calle Santander. Quiet. Felt very safe.

Garden was beautuful

Great location, good for parking, upgraded us for free. Use to be a grand hotel, not so grand anymore but still has charming gardens and peaceful rooms. Breakfast was very average, there isn’t much of a pool.
