Curteous staff, clean basic room

Stay was good

Swimming pool was not well maintained. Despite calling them the cleaniness was not good. Bed covers were soiled and we had to ask them to get those replaced.

Good..... except communication.....once you gt there no one will come and assist u......all other are excellent

Enjoyed a lot

It was a nice and new property with nice surroundings. comfortable stay for 2 nights with family and friendly staffs. swimming pool and play area are under constructions hopefully will be ready in couple of months, other side its a good one. Nothing big negative to say about it, other than hot water issues, even its because of machine issues during our stay, but they have arranged the alternate in some time.

From the moment we checked-in, till the time we checked out, the staff made sure that everything was in place. They were also very helpful when it came to giving us directions around the place other than the tourist spots.

liked the ambience, location. Its very clean & the kids loved it.

Very well situated. Sultan Bathery is just 5 minutes drive. The staff is very courteous. We stayed there for 3 nights and had a very comfortable stay

Excellent place to stay in Wayanad. World class interior, super luxury feeling. Calm and quite area ! Staff were very friendly and is for your help anytime !! Breakfast was superb and will rate 5 .. Overall a good experience ! Will definitely recommend for others !
