A modern feeling hotel with friendly staff and nice rooms. Good breakfast and good parking for our Motorbikes right outside reception. Quite area and yet easy walk to town for pubs or food. Would stay again.

Good place. Clearly a ski hotel but we stayed in summer so very quiet. Very few guests and staff looked after us well. We ate & drank well in the bar despite being the only ones in there. Bar well priced too. Condition of the hotel is good but still a few years in it now so not bang up to date, but good size room more like a suite. No parking, as advertised, but street parking plentiful and very close and free - seems safe as very quiet area. Breakfast decent, above average. Solid 3 to 4 star option and exceptional value in summer.

Friendly and helpful reception staff, also the staff at breakfast, good choice at breakfast, the hot food wasn't hot but apart from that, very good. The room was a good size as was the bathroom. Parked on the road outside the hotel very convenient, there was an inviting pool but didn't get chance to use it, shame. Walking distance to the small town & the amazing early 20c station now being restored in to a luxury hotel. A great base for investigating the region.

Beautiful place. The only disappointing thing was the WiFi …non existent. It would connect and immediately disconnect. However, I do realize that we were in the mountains.

Nice hotel conveniently located in Canfranc Station within walking distance of the famous station. Rooms are modern with good bathroom. Cooked breakfast was also very good. Only downside was car parking, the hotel is advertised as having free parking but the only available parking was on the nearby streets and the hotel has no car park.

Nicely refurbished room in cosy mountain valley hotel. Due to the Covid-19 protocol, breakfast is chosen from three options and served at the table. Free parking close to the hotel.

This hotel is very clean, quiet, walking distance to the town of Canfranc-Estación and to great hikes and other outdoor activities. What we remember the most is the great greeting from Claudine, who checked us in, answered questions and provided helpful information. Everyone at the hotel were helpful and treated us well. The included breakfast in the dining room was very complete. Thanks for a great stay!!

We didn’t get the rooms we booked and paid for in advance and had to argue to get suitable replacements. No offer of a refund even though we were staying in much cheaper rooms. Poor first impression. Rest of the hotel was good. Nice pool, decent rooms, hard beds. Canfranc Estacion is lovely.
