Well decorated with cool vibes. Large unit with full living room & kitchen. Right in the mix in Old Port. My wife & I really enjoyed our stay! Would highly recommend.

The apartment is nice. It’s an old building and has character. It could really use some TLC the sliding doors in the washroom that cover the water tank and washer and dryer were broken. Whoever painted the apartment could’ve taken more care and trying not to drip paint all over the floor. There is a sitting bench in the apartment and it was all sticky with spelt drinks, so obviously it hadn’t been cleaned.What really bothered me was the smell of cigarette, for an absolutely non-smoking apartment it was very evident that there had been smoking tenants. I wouldn’t call it a hotel. No one ever came to clean the rooms or the washroom. They never gave us new towels. We were there for four days and we had to keep reusing the towels. There is no one around at the front desk or any Cleaning staff. I have messaged the property directly a few times and no one gets back to you. So expect it to be renting an apartment and doing your own cleaning. The location is awesome, and the apartment has everything you need in it. we really enjoyed being in the heart of old Montreal and have that much space rather than a small hotel room

Horrible communication. There’s no front desk. Tried to reach them many times without answer. Uncomfortable bed and sofa to sit on was awful. No elevator. BUT - perfect location.

Exactly as advertised. Clean, well kept. All amenities for a longer stay. The check-in was a little problematic online but once we connected with a person everything was smooth. Highly recommend this hotel and you can walk all around Old Montreal from this location.

No info for check in! Had a really hard time trying to get in contact with the hotel, finally a cleaner called and they emailed me a code.

Scam - take warning. No front desk (listing says there is). You’ll find yourself out on the street, locked out. Eventually found a help number that would connect - at 18:18. Went through a verification process, and did not receive any email. Received messages at 22:48, nothing to say how to access accomodation. So no check in. Currently going through the process to get monies back after no check in instructions received.

I would not recommend this property. Check in was a nightmare. The hotel advertises having a limited hour front desk. No one was there when we arrived and I never once saw a person working at the front desk our entire stay. It took us contacting Expedia to get a hold of the hotel for us to finally gain entrance. That experience alone took over an hour. The location itself was nice and the apartment looked as advertised, but the "exterior" and "restaurant" photos are of the restaurant next door and I do not believe that they are affiliated. In addition, I believe that AI has been used to touch up the front desk photos and the Reception area photo just is not a place that exists. The apartment itself worked well for what we needed. We tried contacting the hotel three times to request a late check out (which we wouldn't have needed if anyone actually worked at the front desk to hold our bags after our checkout time) and they never responded. We also never received our welcome communication from them (in which they told us to communicate with them over the Expedia app at any time, which we did and they never responded to) until the night before we were leaving. About 30 minutes later we received our check out information correspondence, in which they told us to contact them if we wanted a later check out time. Which we again did, to no response. It worked, but overall it felt scammy. Also the windows were very thin and you could hear everything from the street at night.

The location was perfect. The room was nice but needs better cleaning. Its difficult to.check in as no one is at the front. I was never given instructions on how to check in until I cntacted the host multiple times and he sent it to me only when I was there. Host was pleasant to deal with on the phone. No elevators so if your room is on the 3rd floor it will be difficult for someone elderly. Overall its good and the location might be the only reason I would go back.

As long as you don't mind climbing stairs the rental is quite big and a great value. Right in the heart of Old Montreal.

The room was not clean although the location was great and the amenity was all there as advertised. However, the staff never responded to my repeated questions. The noise level from the street was great.

There was no staff to speak of. The lobby and rooms were dirty and dusty. Thekitchen sink was loose an spun around. Extremely noisey, and the windows were single pane and cold wind blew through them constantly. I could not recommenf this on any account

The space is fine, but I started some laundry and the the dryer didnt work at all. We had dinner reservations that evening, and all of my nice clothes were soaking wet. I emailed the property and called as well. No one answered. No one came to the desk when I rang the bell. I left a voicemail and no one ever called back. The only correspondence I received was about when checkout was. There was no acknowledgement about the broken dryer. In order not to wear a sweatsuit to dinner, I had to take two Ubers to buy an outfit and get to our reservation on time. The listing also touts daily housekeeping, and our room was untouched. We didn't see or hear a single person on our stay. There were only three bath towels, so I had to dry off with a kitchen towel after washing the bath towels (since I was unable to dry them). Two electrical outlets were nonfunctioning, and there were no instructions for how to use the television.

Didn’t get sent the check in info with code to get into building so had to contact Bakan to get this. Stood in the cold. Now it’s EXTREMELY loud in here because neighbours are yelling partying banging smashing etc

Kitchen was stocked, water bottles would have been good. Cable TV was broken, not attached to outlet, hubby had to play around with the wires and wifi to get it to work. No closet to hang coats or clothes. Space was large, much better than a regular hotel room. Area was perfect

It was a great stay. Very near to Notre Dame Basilica. A lot of nearby restaurants including the one just below us. It’s close to Chinatown and Metro Station too. A parking spot was assigned to us. Hosts were easy to reach out. Place was very clean. Towels, sheets and pillows were very clean. The only problem we had was the stairs was rather high for seniors like us coz we were on the 2nd floor. Washer and dryer were available with 2 bathrooms.
