Location by coast yet close to centre

My wife and l have been to this hotel 3 times now. over all the hotel is great, However,we stayed in room 414 this time and the ceiling above the shower was broken and cracked and looked a bit dangerous.When paying this much money for a suite you don't expect to see this standard of finish.

Excellent Hotel

Our stay in this hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff is super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The hotel is really top of the line , clean with beautiful architecture and many instagramable spots throughout. We dined at the Botanical for breakfast and the Chill lounge which is a sushi restaurant for some days of the week. Try the “Pornstar” cocktail while overlooking the beach from The 7th floor terrace. Will definitely will be coming back as it is near the city Centre with just a 10-15 minute walk

All the staff were amazing, the Spa is great and the restaurant amazing. Loved. Will be back for sure

Nos enchanta este hotel. Todo el mundo en el hotel fueron muy amables. La gente que trabaja en el bar por la piscina, en la recepción y Alba, la que era la gobernante de nuestras habitaciones, eran muy alegres y nos cuida muy bien. We love this hotel. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly. The people working at the poolside bar, at the front desk, and Alba, who was in charge of our rooms, were all very cheerful and took great care of us.
