We had a 3 night stay at Potters. What an exceptional place. The rooms were clean and the staff are next level super friendly and very welcoming. Would highly recommend. Michael you are an asset you have a wonderful personality and make everyone feel super comfortable well done. Kylie & Aaron.

The rooms has everything I could've wanted and made an extremely safe and comfortable stop over while travelling for work. The girls on reception were extremely friendly and made check-in a breeze :) A highlight was the attached restaurant. The restaurant manager is an absolute delight - makes great conversation, but is also extremely attentive and thoughtful. I would stay here again just for that! It's a bonus that the food is delicious.

Stayed at this hotel on a recent business trip. Very comfortable rooms, and great staff. Michael in the restaurant and bar looked after our group in a very welcoming, relaxed and friendly manner : his hospitality was what prompted me to leave a review. A great asset to the business.

Honestly, five stars isn’t enough. The service is warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment you walk in. The food here is next level and I doubt there's many places locally that would compare. Every dish was perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and absolutely packed with flavour. It's one of the few restaurants that can do so many gluten free options. Of all the ones I tasted, you wouldn't be able to tell that they were gluten free. My wife tells me the cocktails were flawless. Incredible food, outstanding service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay all night. If you're looking for genuinely amazing food and a great night, this place is for you.

Excellent hotel with all the right things in the right places. Staff are excellent. Restaurant team work well together and the food was well above grade for size and scale of business. Would recommend for anyone travelling on business. It delivers on what it needs to!!! Great spot. Thanks for having me, will return.
