Rooms very basic. One double socket in the room none near the bed. Very basic mattress, quite uncomfortable.

The staff are very nice the room was in terrible condition shower hang off and the boxing near toilet was falling apart and the bed was very uncomfortable the cleaning staff done a good job

Close to Cardiff airport - 5 min by taxi. Restaurant has good food at reasonable price. Bus service to Cardiff. We stayed there when we arrived in Cardiff plus when we departed. Property is well kept and rooms were 3 star as reported. All good for a one night stay.

The staff were great, they swapped my room for one on the ground floor as I have difficulty with stairs and the hotel doesn't have a lift. The bathroom extraction wasn't working and the room wasn't air conditioned. There was only a basic chair to sit on. Everything else was good.

Friendly reception and bar staff. Very convenient for early flight from airport. Would stay again.

Had a good stay room clean light and airy basic bed not as comfy as other competitors didn't use restaurants so cant comment nice and quite good prices better than competitors would stay again

Friendly staff excellent menu in the restaurant. To sum up-have stayed there many times never disappointed. Excellent value stop over for the airport

Staff were very friendly. We had an issue with our bed which was acted on immediately. Perfect base for visiting other parts of Wales.

It was convenient for Cardiff airport. Bed was comfortable. No hairdryer in the room which you do expect these days.

Property was definately in need of an update. Meal was ok but nothing special

The hotel was convenient for the airport and the service was excellent. The food was good quality and served hot. The only reason we marked it down was because our room was very tired! The bathroom needed a refurb and the bed made a noise when you sat in it. Also the room was really cold. If these were fixed then I’d stay there again.

Lovely night stay, room was comfy and spacious. The staff were brilliant friendly and polite, I had the best chicken wings I've ever had the main and dessert were average but fairly priced, would definitely stay again.

The room was extremely tired,I wouldn't take a shower has it was dirty,more like an hostel than hotel ,it really needs cleaning and decorating,booked in for breakfast only to be told later that there was no chef ,but we were asked if we would like to purchase the breakfast bag which contained an hot bacon egg and sausage bun yogurt cereal bar ,muffin and an apple ,wow,the next door neighbours dog where I live constantly barks ,all the time and annoys me and I still wouldn't have been cruel enough to feed it what they gave me ,the only saving grace was the 3 members of staff I met were lovely and helpful ,after complaining about the breakfast bag we were told we wouldn't have to pay for it,,I certainly wouldn't stay here again,do yourself a favour if there is nowhere else you can get a room, sleep in your car

Very friendly staff very good breakfast (additional charge) large clean room although dated.

Went to watch the Rugby with my son - great venue to meet up at and then easy to park up and grab a taxi into Cardiff - staff all very helpful and whilst Wales lost to Ireland the weekend was fabulous and the stay was excellent, the cooked breakfast the next morning before our drives home was especially welcome .

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful especially the lady at evening reception who went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The hotel is quite dated and we could hear and lot of noise from our room but overall value for money.

Lovely stay would definitely book again and the food was amazing in taste and value
