Good stay

Expensive but good

The pool is amazing! The fitness center is nice for a hotel as well. Our bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was so nice (we had a corner room and the shower was all glass and in the corner- very cool!).

Excellent stay staff was fabulous and an overall fabulous stay.

I had a good experience here from my arrival to my departure. Definitely felt safe, the hotel was clean and the staff was professional. I would say it’s a nice 4-star hotel. Also, the food was decent from the restaurant/breakfast buffet.

The shower head fell off and onto my head. The staff offered no credit or apology. The room was very hot and so was the hotel.

My first trip to colombia was wonderful because of this hotel. It was a wonderful experience . Pool was awesome. Dinning was fantastic...parking was easy

The room was a little small however has good amenities. Customer service was solid and the hotel is located next to a shopping center . The gym is small however has everything you need to include a Turkish bath room which is really nice . The restaurant was mediocre and the waitress was extremely slow . Asides from the waitress I was content

Everyone here is beyond nice and helpful.. Ive never been to Colombia and I do not speak spanish the staff has been thwre to answer all my questions and and have l assisted me each step of the way. i woulf highlu rwcommend this place especially for those traveling solo

Everything was generally good with two exceptions. After placing our lunch order, we waited 1 hour and 33 minutes for our lunch to arrive at our table! This is not acceptable. The employees had their total and full attention on a large table of 20 people. The large group of people placed their food orders 3 minutes before us and were served their food in 35 minutes. Also the breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday is total chaos, on the weekend the service is lacking.
