Great location. No towels in the room upon arrival. Since there is no staff onsite, someone had to be sent to deliver them a few hours later. The room is very spacious and comfortable.

The wi-Fi is very bad

Unable to get clean towels after a few days, there is a fee. The rooms don’t get clean not even the trash. Other then that the stay was pleasant

We stayed in room 11 top floor the apartment itself was clean and comfortable however the outside terrace was shabby and dirty cigarette butts, dirty ashtray, the furniture was dirty and some broken, gate did not shut properly. They offer free mini bar was not given, the icebox in the fridge needed defrosted. There is no common area which is shown in the pictures this is now used for staff. There is a reception area. I think Expedia need to show correct pictures of the outside space or take down the ones shown same for the common room. If free mini bar is no longer available please remove it. The apartment itself met our need for 3 nights as the location is great.

It was a great location, and the apartment was adequately clean, but not pristine, and starting to show wear. There were no windows to the outside, so it felt a bit claustrophobic. All in all I’m happy with the stay given the location, but it felt more budget than we paid for.

The photographs on the expedia website was the main selling point to book this place, unfortunately the apartment looks nothing like the pictures. Very miseading and false advertising, don't know why expedia don't make any checks on the information. The paint was off the walls and gurniture. Had some mould on the windows and toilet. The toilet seat had issues, the toilet door won't and to add on you open the windows to find people drinking in open. The location was the only positive, hope companies like Expedia do some checks on what the companies says when advertising their properties. Really disappointed, don't fall for the pictures guys. It doesn't look anything like that. Reference flat 6&7

Excellent location, great service and support for everything we needed.

Good location, walking distance from plaza de Espana and alcazar, just across the road from the river and lots of places to eat and drink. Compact apartment with everything we needed and a private roof terrace that was a little sun trap midday :-)

The decoration pretty cheap, sofa bed super uncomfortable, tv on living room open channels to Xxx channels. Nor kids friendly.

Stay here!!! Service, location, amenities and comfort are all top shelf. We absolutely loved the apartment and will recommend this location to friends and family. One small gripe we had was that some of the IKEA furniture was a little loose, but it didn’t cause any issues. Well done!

We had a great time and the apartment was ideal in location and comfort to travel round Seville. The receptionist was also very helpful in suggesting places to visit.

The Zentral Arenal Suites provided a comfortable and convenient apartment in the heart of Sevilla. We were visiting for several days and enjoy having a simple kitchen to avoid eating out all the time. The studio spacious and well equipped and the kitchen appliances functioned well for our needs. The room has plenty of space and modern furniture and amenities. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. Our room did not have any noise from the street or other rooms. Check-in and service was friendly and helpful. The location was close to the cathedral, river sights and all of the central attractions. When we return to Sevilla we will definitely return here.

Everything perfect, location, space, beds, staff, the only thing; the kitchen utilities could have been some what cleaner.

The apartment looks better in photos as it is an old building with a small bathroom and tiny shower. It is roomy otherwise with lots of kitchen space and equipment. Bedroom is nice but bed was too soft for me. It is quite good value and well located. Fine other than the bed and bathroom.
