Clean, nice and near to market and the staff very helpful but there is no lift my mom is about 70year old must take a stair but all is great

You must call the staff to open the door for check in. When you first arrive. Because the door locked from inside everytime. On the 5th floor a toilet flush not working, take a shower to the second floor only and no towel. Not recommended!

The room is not clean. I do not know what to do.
