When we arrived we had booked a double room. It only had one bed. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful in switching us to a 2 bed room. The restaurant had very good food. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We spent an evening in the bar listening to local music and watching young people dance the Irish steps. Enjoyed that very much. The band playing (3 members) were excellent! The bartenders were so nice, too! We highly recommend this hotel. It could not be more conveniently located!

The location was great! If you have issues with stairs be mindful there are a lot. However the signage is very good. The breakfast was amazing! Order the avocado toast! Be mindful they are renovating at the moment.

Good location. Very good breakfast. Parking on site or nearby. Personable staff. Management aims to get feedback and improve things. Big hotel with winding hallways and different levels on each floor.

Great venue. Live music downstairs everynight at The Danny Mann. Lovely food and friendly service. Parking is a bit sketchy. Very tight spaces to get into and somewhat hard to find.

Too expensive for the quality of the room. The room was in poor repair and dated.

Great renovated bathrooms. Walls are quite thin so not much privacy and hallway traffic is audible.

Proximity to restaurants and pubs, all within 3 blocks, very nice The day before our departure, we requested a box breakfast to go because we needed to depart at 5:30am. The night porter did not know about the request, so nothing was waiting for us.

Perfect for weekend break for family and right in town

The location was perfect...right in the center of everything. The staff and bartenders were very helpful. Only complaint was the musty smell as we approached the 3rd floor.

Room was a LONG way from entrance with many turns and several steps. Hallways were very aged and slightly creaky. But room was updated, clean and comfortable. My only complaint was there was a bottom sheet and then a thick duvet. There was no option for a thin sheet and the weather was way too warm for the duvet. In fairness, it was unseasonably warm during my stay.

Nice hotel, great location.

The city location was ideal for our 2 day stay. Unfortunately, due to much warmer weather and the lack of sufficient room facilities it was difficult to be comfortable in our room. Highly suggest a small refrigerator and a fan be made available when required.
