The hotel itself is very nice. Decoration is a bit antique, classic Roman style. However, the site says it has an elevator and that is not the case. There is no elevator in either building. The main building only has a wheelchair rail. The room had a very nice view. Bed was comfortable and pillows are ok. The tub is very small and we found hairs in our towels The location is great. 5 min walk from the main square. The Parking garage that they have the discount with is also 3 mins from the hotel.

Well located hotel in the heart of Vitoria-Gasteiz's Old Town, minutes walk from the train station. Ane on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The Art Deco staircase was a real highlight and memorable feature.

Very elegant Art Deco staircase. I stayed at an annex to the main hotel. Once I had found reception everything went smoothly.

The entrance looked rather shabby from outside. Once inside the hotel it was comfortable enough - nothing fancy but good enough for a night or two. It was frustrating at first as we couldn't find the sister hotel where you need to check-in - a map or written instructions at the entrance would have helped. I was told it was around the corner, but in fact it was around two corners - in the street running parallel to the road that the Dato 2 is located in. Easy once you know, but when you're arriving for the first time it's frustrating. No breakfast option available, but there's a big supermarket around the corner (yes, that corner again) and a number of restaurants and cafes within a 5-10 minute walk. The train station is a short 5 minute walk away.

This is a great hotel. It closed to all major tourist attraction. Everything is closed. It's close to the train station ( about 3 minutes walking) Also, this hotel is beautiful with classical decoration which made me impressed. Excellent. The price wonderful

Für eine Nacht völlig ok. Mitten in der Altstadt. Zimmer ist gross mit wenig Luxus.

El hotel bonito y cómodo (daban miedo las esculturas). No había enchufes al lado de la cama; mesita tampoco. No hay ascensor y subir las maletas cuesta. Se escucha todo pero al menos es céntrico :)

Céntrico, limpio y muy agradable. El único defecto la ausencia de ascensor pero, siendo un edificio céntrico, es comprensible.
