Friendly staff, beautiful beach

Service is low. Cut operations. Staff shortage. Almost only basic services remain. There is no clear customer segment. Lack of attentiveness. Service the same room segments.

Those who like true relaxation Recommend here. Beautiful accommodation, good atmosphere, there are many photo corners. The food is delicious in every restaurant. The service is also very good. Smiling staff Greeting all the time There are a lot of activities to do. It is called answering everything ^^

JW Mariott is very nice (everyone knows this), but the price is much higher than other resorts. Nice room, spacious, airy. Enthusiastic and thoughtful staff. Breakfast was also quite delicious, but not too special compared to other 5 * resorts.

Nice design and classy decoration.

I had a wonderful stay here. The guestroom was well arranged, spacious and sparkly clean. I stayed in Building 3 on 6th floor which has beautiful view of the swimming pool and the beach. I could see the sunrise from here also. The resort was built with the theme of an university. Each building is named after a department within the school, and my room is in Department of Conchology where information about the conchology can be seen around. You can discover more when visiting here. The resort will give you a student book (like in my photo) which notes down the resort’s story, facilities, activities, etc. Breakfast was ok and varied, smoothies are the best. Remember to have a look of Pink Pearl Restaurant, its interior is really eye-catching. There is a free daily shuttle bus to the night market in the evening and it takes 30 minutes to arrive there. Finally, staff was super friendly and well-trained. They solved the problems real quick and professionally. Recommended to stay!

My wife and I chose JW Marriott for our honeymoon. Everything is great when it comes to everything. We were greeted enthusiastically and professionally, when we found out that we were going on a honeymoon, Marriott put up a room for my wife to go to a better view room, we were in the animal department, near the sea, the pool and the restaurant. The food of the restaurants is also great. In addition to the breakfast included in the room rate, we tried dinner at tempus fugit restaurant and the Department of chemistry bar. Unfortunately, when his wife was married, Red rum was repairing and upgrading, so it was not visited yet. The service at Marriott is also very professional, everyone who greeted guests here kindly greeted and helped when needed. In general, my wife felt that everything was great, there was no regret about my choice. Hopefully come back here soon to enjoy the beach party dinner in Red rum. P / s: Marriott is really beautiful, from the bathroom all the places are very beautiful. If you come to Mariot, don't be afraid to visit all the restrooms here. If not, it will be very sorry :))))
