Very clean and luxurious room. Convenient location. Helpful staff. We loved it.

The location is perfect- Arenal is situated between Triana and the monuments of the Old Town so everything is convenient. Long term parking garage entrance literally across the street. The room itself is good sized, has mini kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker. We love this because we can have coffee or some other mini breakfast before leaving room, and keep snacks or even leftovers cold. Black out curtains and shutters mean the room is completely dark when you want to sleep and keeps the room cooler during the hot months (it was 98 Farenheight when we were there). There is a lot going on on the neighborhood with restaurants and shops which means there is early morning noise but it wasn’t bothersome to us. Air Conditioner worked great. Bed comfortable enough. Staff was communicative and access instructions to the room were clear. Our only complaints have to do with cleanliness. The room felt a little dusty especially the couch, cushions, etc. There were about 30 huge black flies in the room when we arrived, mostly in bathroom but also in all the light fixtures. We ran around killing them all and every day somehow there were more when we got back to the room. Pretty gross so find flies on your toothbrush and landing on your face while you go to sleep. We could never open the windows because more could fly in. No screens on the windows. So the room gets stuffy. There were some dumpsters in the alley that might be the reason for so many flies.

The location was a short walk from the cathedral and there were many restaurants nearby. The apartment was lovely and clean

Great location! Quiet street at night, but located near everything. Was given clear instructions on getting into room and building. Room was good size. The hallway was was a little load due to tiled floors. The only issue was a sulfur smell from bathroom, but there is a window in there to clear smell. The smell was not from the room, but appeared to be coming from drainage system. We did smell this at another location while in Seville too. Room overall was good. Bed was comfortable. Good communication with owner. No elevator, so if you have a lot of baggage, that could be a problem. The location was excellent!!!

Close to everything

This accomodation was a total gem, right in a central location for visiting the sights of Seville. The wrap around balcony was amazing and inside the room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 2 adults and 1 child. The second bed is a sofa bed, which is comfortable enough for two children or one adult. The main double bed was great. Only warning is that the stairs are quite a struggle with a heavy case. But if you're travelling a little lighter then this place is 100% perfect. I will definitely be booking again next time I visit Seville.

A really nice property in a great location and excellent communication. I would have given 5 stars if the apartment had a few mugs, plates and some cutlery.

Fabulous terrace!

Excellent host. Good communication and fantastic location. The only small downside is there seem to be some plumbing issues, which is unavoidable with historical buildings located in old towns. The restaurant on ground floor seems fantastic but unfortunately booked out during our stay.

Loved the location and how it was plenty of space for myself. Instructions were clear and accurate descriptions. Loved my night here 😊
