This place is not a hotel. It is a small villa-turned bed & breakfast type venue, except there is no breakfast served. It is very quiet, and the owner couple manage to keep it very clean and tidy. The building is pretty small, but they have designed each room quite well. The rooms are more spacious than expected. Each room has a walk-in closet-type room that connects to the bathroom, so you can leave all your luggage in the walk-in closet area to keep your room clutter-free. The doors are not all that sound-proof, so if there are noisy occupants, you might hear them through closed doors, and if you are the noisy occupant, you better remember that what noise you make can be heard loud and clear in other rooms. Due to the fact that the villa complex is surrounded by rice paddies and distant factories, there are not many outside noises other than the occasional barking of dogs in the distance. This venue is one of a handful of places that allow you to bring pets, so as long as your pet does not do its bathroom business anywhere and everywhere, you can bring your pet along. However, there are not many clean green around the complex for the dogs to do their business, so plan to drive out to a park. There are many great parks. It is located pretty far away from public transportation hubs, so unless you are driving, getting in and out of this venue will cost you. The nearest convenience store is about a mile away, so if you plan to buy food items, plan your route wisely.

環境很舒適清幽 家人都很滿意這次住宿

這是一間透天設便而成的竉物親子民宿.入住後民宿主人家會先送些小茶點.客餐廳是共用區城, 整個民宿的入住環境感覺很清優, 簡單大方,且溫馨.民宿到市區需開車一段路程.是比較唯一不便的.

很喜歡這次的住宿經驗，有廚房冰箱可以使用，地點偏僻，但也因此如此有很安靜環境。若是想去傳藝中心，10分鐘內可以到，很便利。

位置雖有點遙遠，但很舒適且環境清幽

雙人房空間乾淨寬敞，攜帶寵物不加收清潔費！下次去會再入住！

民宿闆娘非常親和力又有禮貌，最讓我印象深刻住宿當天闆娘會很貼心溫馨的主動和房客再次確認入住時間，及深怕隔天早上擔憂隔2棟的民宿貼壁磚，闆娘擔憂吵到房客，也特地前一晚打電話溫柔的先提醒告知，民宿環境清幽空間寬敞~從一進大門到房間布置的真的很有家的溫馨感，無論夜晚或隔天清晨還可在房間陽台坐著盪鞦椅享受片刻的寧靜及早安晨之美，交通便捷~鄰近需多漂亮景點。 這是我遇過最貼心的闆娘很sweet，非常推薦~簡單樸實的民宿很值得去放鬆享受。

店主親切友善，環境整潔舒適，再來宜蘭會再次入住。

民宿主人很客氣,服務態度非常好,環境還不錯,只是要吃東西就會距離比較遠,停車也很方便,只是停車的地方可能地面要稍作改進,公共區域及房間都打掃得很乾淨,維持得很好,這次是跟朋友同行,所以預定了兩間房間,要大的房間還有各大露臺,非常棒,因為房間數不多,所以不會太複雜,使用公共區域也不會太不方便吵雜,住客也都很不錯,公共區域設計得相當棒,也非常舒適,如果相較公共區域,房間內就弱了一點,不過也是相當不錯,基本上整體都是簡單的格調,所以空間看起來就比較大,住起來很舒適,我們連住兩晚,民宿主人還特地準備蛋糕給我們,非常客氣的老闆,這次住宿大家都非常滿意,下次去還是會選擇這間民宿^^超級推薦^^
