Check in was smooth. We got issued room 415 which is directly overlooking a hi-way. That was fun at night with all the big trucks going by, had very little sleep. I'll be sure to ask the desk if I stay here again to not put us on that side off the building. Our room had akitchenette with a full sized fridge and a two counter top induction burners. The back burner worked ok. The second burner turned on but after a while it produced an E4 error code which we googled, the wattage was insufficient. This was a bit of a disappointment as my partner is ill and we are not able to eat out. We made due with one burner and informed the front desk upon checkout that there is an issue with the stovetop. Cleanliness was not great, it's the little things like a towel hook that need repair, a tile in the bottom corner of the shower that could be replaced, grime in the corners of the counter top and floors that feel like they were not mopped between guests. The chairs for our dining table were sticky and I ended up wiping them down and what looked like food on the closet doors adjacent the kitchen. The kitchenette came with some big and small plates. A few mugs, utensils for various things. There was some plastic Tupperware bowls with lids, but no cereal bowls. The pot and frying pan provided was non stick and scratched. Thank goodness I packed out own pot and frying pan and cooking utensils. Breakfast was included and generous. This place just needs a bit of a polish but the staff was kind

Bon déjeuner, bien situé près de restaurants et avec un sentier nature à proximité pour marcher. Déjeuner bon et complet. Seul bémol, à 16h ma chambre n’avait pas été nettoyé. Pour mes prochains voyages d’affaires j’y retournerai.

This is a great lil stop for a night or 2. It’s conveniently located on the south side of Edmonton a hop skip and jump to QE2

I had stayed at this hotel one other time, a couple of years ago. Staff was friendly and available. It was a clean room, and I had no real issues with anything that I needed during the stay. The loudness of staff cleaning or tenants slamming doors and stomping was not ideal, the walls seem fairly thin. The pool, however, doesn't seem to be well maintained. The water had small bits of sand and dirt in the corners of the pool, and unfortunately the hot tub was not working properly, even though there had been renovations done to the pool room recently. The hot tub did not work the last time I visited as well, so that was upsetting. Breakfast was good.

My kids complained that the pool is dirty. The room is big; however, the bed frame is dirty. I think someone before us, or a long time ago, spilled food or drinks.

Everything was great except there was only one elevator working. Couple times it happened to me there.
