The stay was pleasant, beds are comfortable, quiet area and some nice views of the country side. It was great to have a kitchen to have some breakfast and coffee in the morning. The bus stop to the city centre is right outside the apartment so very easy to go around the city. The only negative we found was that the bathroom was not very clean. There was hair on the floor and on the bin, the floor looked like it had not been washed at all, and the shower looked quiet dirty. The bathroom was slightly off putting compared to everything else.

The pictures on the advertisement are nothing close to the reality. Ceilings and walls are plastered with dead mosquitoes. Rooms are very hot, and they do not have air conditioning or even a fan.

I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived and tried to blame us for not notifying them of our arrival. when we did get checked in the first email we received was from the hotel requesting our arrival time. This was sent 5 minutes after we had checked in.

Small suburban aparthotel that was useful for day trips into Santander and to the surrounding sites. On a medium-size highway near industrial areas. Nothing walkable nearby. Car-dependent. Has free parking. On-site Restaurant was closed.

I wasn’t able to check in. I arrived late 11:30 pm and couldn’t enter I called the number but no one answered I received an email from the property at 4 am telling me to call if I arrived after 11 pm which I did but no one answered!!

The only drawback with the apartments is they are nowhere near the town. But there are bus stops just outside if you don't have a car.

Fast, friendly and efficient check-in and out. Hotel was clean and well maintained/updated. Very quaint.

Definitely not the same as in the photos .... not close to anything for food and just a broken vending machine in reception. Very friendly check in though and was close to the ferry so does for that I suppose ... I probably wouldn’t stay again though

Near to bus stations to and from Santander city centre, with buses that arrive every 15 minutes. Good value apartment with nice aesthetic.

Avery pleasant accommodation, booking in with my hesitant Spanish was very accommodating. Not really central to Santander but useful and a good price.

Owner did not care about waiting for our arrival at 10:00 p.m. Had to ask next door neighbour to please contact them for the keys. It was aprox 12-14 degrees at night, and the heating was turned off late at night (probably to safe in electricity bill). Place is not really as nice as in the pictures.

Hotel fine - nothing fancy. The apartment we got (for 2 adults, 2 kids) was not one that is shown in any of the pictures. It was simpler so I was a little disappointed. Just beware that what you get may not be what is advertised. I read through the reviews after our stay and saw at least another person who said the same thing. Location close to center of Santander (11 min drive.) Check-in fast and easy. Apartment had a kitchen so we used it to cook breakfast. Parking is free and on-site. Note that it is right next to/over a restaurant so expect some noise. We did hear noises later on in the night.

We came as a family with a 6 week old baby after getting off the ferry from Plymouth before heading south The apartment is clean and spacious and staff are friendly. Any brits going make sure you speak a little Spanish as it’s not like the south and typical Brit’s just expect it. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, hob and microwave. No oven and no air con. There really is nothing near by to do, it’s quite an industrial area. However, the bus is RIGHT outside the door. The number three takes you into town and is every 15 mins ish. It’s €1.30 per journey. The supermarket is about 5-10 mins walk and there are bars and pubs but a little bit of a walk. There is ample off road parking. Overall, a good stay

Fabulous apartment-it looked brand new. Clean, easy to locate with fully equipped kitchen. Perfect!

A very nice place to stay. With a car you can easily go everywhere from here.

Very lively deck even has a washinfmZhine. Reception helped me order a pizza.

The room was big (1 queen + 1 single bed) and nice (bathroom, bedroom and living room/ kitchen). The outside of the place may not be attractive, but the inside has been upgraded and is newly finished. For what I needed and the price (~$50 usd per night) - a bargain. One item is the address on Expedia for the place - this is wrong !! It took a long time for the GPS to find it - the address should be Calle Camarreal Ojaiz 166 . They are plenty of places to eat within a 3 km car ride and there is a shopping mall (Corte Ingles). Overall, very satisfied.

Apartaments large and close to airport, good for family with kitchen, beds could be better they were soft and need to ring before arriving as reception is not always available.
