I think customer care could be more polished - there seemed to be very few staff the mini bar and room comforts were a bit mean for the price and very limited no slippers only 2 towels no moisturiser although they did bring some on asking -room quite noisy from other rooms can be heard and noisy a/c heating system staff helpful when asked but could be a bit more welcoming breakfast v good

The staff were extremely welcoming and made our stay very relaxing. The location is perfect for walking to London Bridge, Borough Market and Tower Bridge, St Katherine's Dock. Our only negative experience was the hotel bar was closed at 10.30pm instead of the advertised 11pm so we could not have a nightcap.

Great breakfast in the morning with choice of english (Full english) or indian dishes. I love the location; close to tower bridge and London bridge tube and railway station is close by for easy access anywhere!

Though our initially booked room was not exactly to our liking, the staff was very accommodating getting us a perfect room—could not have been better!

The room was very clean and the bed, although only a standard double, was comfortable. It was a bit dark in the room but there were nice complimentary soft drinks and snacks. The heated toilet seats were an added luxury. We drank at the bar and had dinner at the restaurant and breakfast. The staff were all polite but we found the service very slow e.g had to wait quite a long time for drinks to be brought over and the restaurant was nearly empty. In The morning at breakfast, despite staff being around, empty dishes were not cleared from our table until we were leaving even though we started having to pile plates up. The food however was very good and we enjoyed our stay.

Felt like a high class but relaxed environment. Stayed in a basic suite room and it probably exceeded expectations for the cost.

We stayed for our wedding anniversary. What a well run place we've discovered. We were made very welcome. They gave us a beautiful suite which was a welcome surprise. The cocktails in the bar were out of this world. Kalum deserves a pay rise! The breakfast too. What a delight. We tried some of the Indian options, and boy were we pleased we did. What a memorable and charming place to stay. We loved having a Toto toilet in the room too.

Incredibly unfriendly staff. I felt my checking was an inconvenience to them as maybe it was just me and just one night. They talked down to me and having stayed the night before at another 5-star hotel in London (Hotel 41) it was night and day. Other than the grand hall, everything else just felt a bit dated and poorly tended. The room was advertised as having a nespresso machine, which is great apart from there being no nespresso. There was one small towel and requesting a second took ages to arrive.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I also tried the full Indian breakfast which was an absolute treat. The suite was out of this world and they made us feel very special / highly recommend

Lovely old building with a beautifully decorated dining room. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. We didn’t dine in the restaurant but we did enjoy a snack from the bar which made us wish we were dining! Breakfast options were good with both English and Indian dishes. Located right by Tower Bridge and easy walk to the Shard. Very unique hotel which we throughly enjoyed.

The room was large by London standards and the bed was super comfortable! Love the little amenities in the room like cookies, crisps, and water and appreciated they were replenished daily. The gym is nice, but small, and would have been better with a Peloton! Close for walking to lots of great spots including tube and train from London Bridge. Breakfast was a little expensive and so I skipped and went to an outside location. Would be better to lower the price a bit to make it more appealing.
