What an amazing experience we had staying at Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 11. It was my son's 13th birthday and we were surprised with a beautiful birthday cake in our room. It was wonderful, and all the staff were very helpful, especially Mr. Edison. If we return to Bangkok, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Best place, service, and room.

Recommended for family traveler. Family room size is big and the neighborhood has so many choices of restaurants. The staff is super friendly, and they provide tuktuk free ride.

Good Location the room layout was a bit weird.

I was very disappointed by the breakfast. It was breakfast quarantine. No choice no yogourt no bread no muesli. The pool bar was close so impossible to order drink in swimming pool.

The room is spacious, clean, the staff is good-natured.

Nice bedroom and service, good location within walking distance of Nana BTS station. A lot of bar and cafe around. Lot of street food vendors at night and there's also 7 eleven convenience store nearby. The only let down is breakfast is the same for everyday, four days straight. No variation whatsoever. Tastes good for first day but on fourth day it was like better to buy street food around rather than breakfast at the hotel.

Nice room...front staff is also helpful especially Cha & Nan...will definitely visit again

while we were waiting for pickup while sitting on a chair beside the terrace (in the morning where the guest breakfast was htl), came a young female employee who forbade us to sit on the chair.

Great hotel, staff, room, amenities and an awesome breakfast. My favorite place in Bangkok to stay. Great location close to the rail and shopping. Highly recommended. I’ll be back here for sure!

Don’t judge the book by the cover! You may think that this is the old-fashioned kind of Mercure, but the inside is fully renovated! Big bedroom with exquisite bathroom, this hotel will create a memorable stay for you here in Bangkok.

I appreciate the clean and tidy Mercure, the interior of the room is very new, extremely clean and fragrant. The hotel knew the honeymoon of the couple and arranged a nice view. The Managers are also very motivated to ask and help. Particularly the receptionist was slow and unhappy, this was a problem Mercure should improve. The location of the Nana station is a short walk away, and you can take the hotel's free tuk tuk. Overall good value for money

The hotel rooms are really nice, clean and luxurious. tapu away from the night market and difficult to find street foods. biyoke different hotel suite, going to the night market and street food that enak2 search just walk

The hotel is quite good and clean. The air conditioner is quite cold and is located close to the shopping center. Around the hotel there are plenty of cafes and restaurants.
