Check-in was a struggle as the prepayment wasn't correctly processed. The automated system wouldn't allow me to check in. Thankfully, the receptionist did eventually show up. Receptionist was polite and amiable. There weren't any towels supplied in the room. Thankfully again, I had my own travel towel. Room was comfortable.

Smallest room we have ever stayed in

They upgraded my room to one with a private bathroom free of charge due to most of the hotel being occupied by male construction workers. It was greatly appreciated. Only downside is the location, as there is nothing around except a few grocery stores that close early and the closest bus is a 20min walk away. Aside from that, it was a great little spot and the staff was lovely!

Halls smelled of cigarette smoke. WCs were not clean. Petit Dejeuner was petty and expensive. Single beds were rediculously narrow. Only Vincent was helpful.

We arrived late and the automated entry didn't work because we hadn't paid the tourism tax. Ibis across the way was very helpful -- much nicer place. Would recommend them instead, even if more expensive as place was better managed, cleaner and more inviting. This place was creepy, dirty with poor functioning showers and limited outlets.... the list could go on. Not going back.

A convenient place to stay for our travel itinerary and budget.

Room was small but the bathroom was decent. Difficult to get a taxi. Matilda is very accommodating and helpful.

The first room we were given became full of flies and moths, we are not sure where they came from as the window was shut. We complained to the Ibis (they own it) as the receptionist for our hotel had gone and they moved us to a different room. However, this room had squashed flies on the roller blind and a toenail cutting on the floor. Disgusting, we will be complaining further. The showers and toilets are separate to your room, toilets were clean enough but showers were again filthy. The rooms are boiling hot, no air con and only one plug socket for the whole room. We would not stay again.

It was a terrible experience, and I will not make a reservation again in this hotel, even if a free opportunity will be given. I can write many things, but three is enough. When we open the door's room, we see that it was not cleaned and prepared. So, the room was very messy. Then, we request another room. Even though it was prepared, there was a lot of hair in the sheets and bed linen. It was not cleaned properly. So, we received new ones and changed them by ourselves. It was also really interesting to see that there was no hairdryer. The only good thing was the guy in the reception. He was trying to help us. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Convenience

Outside of building could do with a spruce up but tge inside was clean and fresh. Staff member was very nice and helpful. Situated close to ibis for an evening meal and also within walking distance to a supermarket and other shopping outlets.

Just remember there is not sink in the WC, bring your own bath towels. It’s very basic. It’s good for your budget.

No person working at the reception desk when we check in before 7pm, then we found out that no reception work on Sunday, we had to get the room key from the different hotel next door after we saw the message on the reception desk, bottom line, we were told no reception staff working on Sunday.

The email with check-in instructions came after we began our travels and I did not get it. Upon arrival I had to check in at the Ibis across the street. We saw no hotel personnel. No in-room toilet or shower. There was a strong and unpleasant odor in the hall from the community rest rooms. The bed was sufficient and the room clean. Very basic accommodations.

Really good hotel to stop and rest. Close to Mont St-Michel... easy parking, fast checkin. Very nice and helpfull staff! Fair price!

It was adequate as we were only there for a few hours. The beds were clean but the room was very basic. I made a mistake on booking and didnt realise that there was no en suite bathroom. Wouldn't use it again.

Arrivé à 20h30, personne pour nous accueillir alors qu'il est noté que le personnel est présent jusqu'à 21h. La borne hors d'usage obligé d'aller à l'hôtel d'en face pour s'enregistrer, personne désagréable en même temps ça se comprend elle gère deux hôtels avec deux logiciels différents ! Notre chambre à peut près propre mais une odeur d'humidité importante dans celle ci. Habitué des F1 aujourd'hui très déçu du service !
