Everything is okay except the room size is very minimalist for three people in one room.

The hotel is close to the mosque, just a 3-minute walk.

The location is close to Nabawi, and it's much tidier and cleaner than my last stay at ODST before Covid. It's now comfortable, tidy, and clean. The price is also reasonable.

The food is not suitable for Indonesian taste, the omelet is not international standard, making an omelet is like making a regular omelet. What's worse is the room, we stayed for 5 days and 6 nights, on the 4th night in Medina it rained and the room we occupied in room 738 with a triple bed type leaked badly not from the roof but from the window glass that was not fitted with rubber to prevent leaks and soundproofing. No wonder our room felt very cold even though the room's AC was turned off. We have reported the leak to the room attendant but we did not receive any compensation for the loss we experienced. The leak was only handled by wiping and plugging the water with a used bath towel. Even though we hoped to get compensation to replace the room to a more comfortable room. For Indonesian pilgrims who want to book a room at ODEST AL MADINAH, please take our review into consideration.

The hotel has many updates, especially the bathrooms, strategic location and close to the Prophet's Mosque.

I stayed here for 5 days from March 16-21, 2026, although there was a bit of drama at the beginning when checking in, the voucher from the app said that the receptionist had not paid the hotel in full, we had to pay again, but thank God the hotel refunded me after I went back and forth to CS. But the location of the hotel is the best during my several visits to Medina, there are many food and souvenir sellers around the hotel and the chicken broast next to the hotel is delicious and there are several restaurants behind the hotel that are also delicious.

I’m waiting till 6 pm to get the room. 😒

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also close to the Prophet's Mosque and souvenir shops. However, the cleanliness is lacking and there are no toothbrushes or razors available. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

Front desk staff need to improve to serve customers. The housekeepers on my level were super helpful and friendly. They were willing to help me whenever I have issues.

The porter seemed to be forcing himself to carry the goods and suddenly asked a friend to just put the goods in the room and then asked for more money even though the initial amount had already been given.

The hotel is close to gate 328, sisters, just go straight from the hotel to the gate. Cleanliness is sufficient, only the bath towels cannot be changed even though. Stayed 5 nights. There is an electric kettle and sugar, coffee and paper cups are also provided. The elevator is crowded when returning from prayer.

The location is very great, near the gate for women of Prophet's Mosque. The surrounding area gives you many options for food and shopping.

Close to the mosque. For women, you can go to door 16 but you have to be quick because it fills up quickly. If you go to door 25, it's quite accessible but for the elderly, the path is also quite difficult.
