Ancient rooms and decoration. Like time travel back to the 80s. Lifts need maintenance. Very poor value for money. Friendly reception staff.

Enjoyed my three nights here very much amd I would atay at this hotel mext time I visit Sassari. Room cleaned daily. Fresh towels also. Entire hotel is extremely clean. Very helpful staff!

Location is great, near a small supermarket, restaurants and some attractions. It's Sassari main street, if you walk some minutes down the street you will find many services and places to eat and go. Everything was very clean, room was cleaned every day and towels changed. Staff was very friendly and professional. They also have some private parking (8€ per night). Prices are reasonable for the area. WIFI was very good even from the room. Yes, it's an outdated hotel but it even has its charm. I would definitely stay there again. As a improvement I would add the breakfast that could be a little bit better, with more options.

Good: central location, clean room. Bad: dated hotel design, shower is falling apart and no hot water one evening, overpriced rooms (they also charge a daily rate of 8 euro for parking!), and extremely rude waiters... We arrived 10 min early for breakfast, politely asking if we can quickly get some food as we had an early ferry to catch. Instead of accomodating us or politely explaining that it isn't possible, the waiter got angry with us, asking "who let us in".. eventually he literally threw two croissants on a plate and said "here that's enough"! Interesting idea of customer service.

Unfortunately, the hotel shut down the Air conditioning system during the night, even when there are red alerts and extreme hot conditions. Very unsatisfying. The mini bar was broken too.
