I ask for upper room but they give me a lower and smoking room that I did not ask.

The staff’s characters were terrible at first and they didn’t any attention to prepare a good experience to us because we should check in at 2 o’clock but they gave us the room at 4 and the waiting room of hotel was dramatically hotter than usual. Breakfast was too bad in comparison with Smart Hotel that We were stayed before this hotel.

Хороший отель, отличное расположение - близко и к магазинам, и к набережной, и к трамваю/метро. Заселение/выселение - на отлично: четко, быстро. Заселили в 12:30, позднее выселение в 14:00. Номер (у нас 3-х местный) - достаточно большой, полотенца, космет. принадлежности, однораз. тапки - все ОК. Неплохой завтрак, единственное - не обнаружили кофе, был только чай.

The location is perfect, pleanty places to eat, this area is best for any bride or groom to be. Aroubd the conner there is a street with bride dresses and groom clothing the whole street all walking distance.

Excellent location - easy walk to most places and next to the tram. The breakfast area can get pretty busy. My request for one large bed was ignored. Staff was friendly but couldn't answer basic questions about transportation. No free water bottles in the room as advertised.

They were rude, the door to the room would close when we mentioned it they talk down on us for causing a problem for them, there was a hole in the wall and the pictures on hotels.com do not match at all

WiFi don’t work doors are old staff is cranky showers are old ac is old blows dusty air phone to call the lobby dosent even work don’t let the 4 star fool you it’s really like a two star they paid for their stars don’t stay here you will regret it

I arrived at the hotel following a night flight. I was told that I couldn’t go to my room until 12 noon. My room was not ready until 2 pm, the reception staff are rude, and pay no attention to the guests. The hotel itself is in a good location and the rooms and cleanliness are alright for what you pay. The carpet in the rooms were very old and dated. The breakfast was adequate. The reception staff are a downfall for this hotel, as they have no customer service skills and are plain rude.

Great location, very central. Hotel is a little outdated though, with very tired carpets. We booked the Suite room with a promise of a 'sauna' this didn't exist. The valet parking attendant was amazing though and definitely needed at this location.

Inexpensive and well located, close to public transport, restaurants and attractions. The staff were kind and friendly and willing to help. Although we did receive some wrong information about a tourist location (we were told it was closed when it was in fact open). The biggest problem was that we could not get a strong Wi-Fi signal in our room during our stay, quite often it would drop out completely. The rooms are clean and well maintained but they could do with some decorations, that goes for the corridors as well.

Nice location and friendly staff but the lighting of the room more then poor..Transport easy..

very good apart from internet , was very poor.

No runing water in bathroom to take shower each morning.,no coffe maker in the room ,,no parking place for car .,did not perform the wakeup call i was runinf late to airport .they charge for breakfast no good

The area is good. Lots of restaurants nearby to eat but the hotel itself is poorly. The room is dark and not happy invironment. Even if you go to the Lobby it’s feels very depressing. I don’t want to stay here again.
