Beautiful hotel, electronic check in was easy on arrival, wonderful staff, lovely room, comfy bed and great facilities. Lovely extras on tea tray and glad of a fan in the room as it was very hot weather. Lovely cooked breakfast and a lots of choice for continental & fabulous views from the hotel terrace. Only downside was the room was a bit dusty in places and loo roll holder was a bit loose. Would stay again though.

Well positioned hotel near the pier. Hotel throughout was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our shower was a wet room which would be suitable for some but we would have preferred a shower cubical. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all an enjoyable stay.

The hotel was in a great position and lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The bed was one of the comfiest beds we have had in a hotel and we had a good night's sleep. The breakfast choices were good and the Full Welsh breakfast was good quality food and cooked to perfection. This was our first stay here and we would definitely return should we return to Llandudno.

Carpets could do with renewing and windows frames inside weren't as clean as you would expect but otherwise very nice, staff excellent, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is absolutely amazing as is the view across Llandudno bay.

We had a room with a balcony it was brilliant and the veiw is amazing. The staff are brilliant,they can't do enough for you, breakfast is lovely with lots of choice perfect place to stay,got the same room reserved for next year 😊 😀 😋

The hotel was located right by the pier which was good to all the amenities available in Llandudno. Staff were lovely and friendly. Definitely would recommend. 😊

We loved our stay here. Room 204 with the balcony to sit on was amazing ! Staff lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Prime location and plenty of parking down the road with only a 10 minute walk . We will be back Thanks 😊

Very nice hotel close to the sea front. Compact but well maintained room, stocked with tea and coffee. Only minor gripe was dusty blinds, but did not detract from a great stay and excellent nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. We did not have the breakfast as we had an early train, but we heard great things from the other guests. The bar and dining facilities were very nice and had a welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Boutique hotel , staff very friendly and helpful. ,Breakfast superb, from help yourself continental to a wide range of cooked options . Stairs or ramp to hotel , great location opposite pier and a minute to Great Orme tram . No hotel parking, there is limited free parking on Church Walks . Our room was snug but very clean , had tea/ coffee facilities which were well stocked . Elemis toiletries in bathroom , soft fluffy towels . Bed was a little soft for me but nevertheless comfy !

Lovely stay beautiful sea views

It was ok! We expected better considering the price and location. It was our wedding anniversary and first overnight stay with our baby. We had a superior rear room which was probably more of a standard realistically. We asked for travel cot for our almost 4 month old, however it had crumbs at the bottom of it and a stain on the sheet so decided to use our pram instead (model approved for safe overnight sleeping). Room overlooked a wall and wouldn’t say it was that accessible with a pram, small lift and very narrow corridors. There was also a ladybug underneath the duvet when pulled it back but think it was a one off. Breakfast was lovely with wide range of continental and hot food to order. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but did like the bar terrace looking out at the promenade.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Location of the hotel is absolutely superb, the breakfast is excellent (choice and quality), our room was really nice (coffee machine a lovely touch) but best of all was the service which was really up there with the best we have ever had in any hotel ever. Huge thanks to everyone who made it such a special holiday :)
