Quite good overall. Excellent hosts. Tiny room but adequate. Good location. Excellent breakfast in a lovely dining room.

Ideally situated for a leisurely 10 min walk to the sea front & harbour. Hosts very nice and engage in conversation, didn’t realise we got breakfast included and we wasn’t disappointed as it was a lovely full English with toast, tea/coffee & juice. It was everything we needed for our night stay over.

Great location for the Spa and South Beach.Lovely full english breakfast.

the room was in a bad way dust every wear shower cubicle stains on the bottom grimme marks on radiator wall paaper was off the walls dust in every corner s bottom sheets not been changed i had iching from the bed and dust on top wardrobe im not happy with the room needs to be redecorate as well

The welcome was friendly with the host really helpful, the breakfast and service was exceptional.

For the price I paid I doubt you would find better. Booked a single but got a comfy double. Check in and out took 2 mins with the friendly owner. Full Breakfast was excellent plus cereals etc were help yourself. 5/10 walk into town centre. Very happy with my stay here and would definitely make this my 1st choice if I am Ever back in Bridlington.

Many thanks Ian for a very pleasant stay, especially the comfy beds and the excellent breakfast. Location was ideal for visiting relatives but also for the Spa theatre and South Beach. Nice quiet location.
