Overall, I appreciated the hotel’s beautiful interior design and the high standard of cleanliness. However, my stay was impacted by several issues that affected my comfort and overall experience. Upon arrival, the air conditioning in my assigned room was only blowing warm air. I contacted reception to request a room change, but I was informed that no other rooms were available at the time, so I was provided with a fan instead. The following day, I was moved to a different room where the air conditioning was functioning, but it was still unable to adequately cool the room during the heatwave. As a result, I was sweating throughout the night and had difficulty getting proper sleep. The reassigned room was also located on the ground floor, where noise was a significant issue. I could clearly hear guests walking past and talking outside the room. In addition, the laundry service operated late at night, and the noise from the laundry process was disruptive on both nights of my stay. The laundry carts were also stored in the main guest area and remained visible, which detracted from the overall appearance and atmosphere of the hotel. Finally, although the hotel advertises a 24-hour reception, this was not my experience. After the main entrance was locked late at night, there was no staff member present at reception to let me in. Everyone was so friendly and great location near Montmarte and short bike ride to central Paris. A/C was a SAVIOR in the heat wave

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel des batignolles. The rooms are on the small size but ok for a couple of nights. Rooms are very clean, staff at reception are helpful and the breakfast was very tasty

Jättemysigt litet hotell med fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Läget var utmärkt med bra kommunikationer och hela vistelsen var över förväntan. Det enda att anmärka på är att rummen var ganska små, men det påverkade inte upplevelsen. Skulle absolut gärna bo här igen!

I had trouble navigating the AC, but overall property was well managed, and I would stay there again!

I loved the room and the en suite - a traditional Parisian design (herringbone floors always a winner) balanced with more modern accents. The street was quiet but very near LOTS of great places to go out. Unable to pass comment on the breakfast though as we headed to all the local boulangeries instead. The staff were very nice and the clothes steamer in the room was a nice touch :)

The breakfast was amazing. We looked forward to it every morning. The room was clean. The only thing that might be an issue for some is the size of the room. It was pretty small but we were only there for a short time each day so it didn't bother us. I would recommend having a spot to place luggage on. Metro station is very close! We had a great time!

Excellent staffs. Very clean and this is a perfect place that is accessible to all spots in Paris.

The room was not as shown in the pictures we were in the converted loft and I was unable to stand up in 90% of the room. Hit my head on the ceiling multiple times during my stay. The room also had no direct lift access so my pregnant wife had to walk up stairs to the room. Shower also was cold at busy times. On the plus side bed was comfy and location was good.

A great stay, easy access to the subway with plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Staff are friendly and helpful, someone is always at the front. The nespresso machine in the lobby was an awesome addition during my stay! Would rebook for my next visit to Paris.

Lovely little hotel with easy access to public transport and with lots of bars and restaurants in the nearby vicinity.

The room was great. It had good AC and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was clean and stylish and the most bathroom products were really nice. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat

Didn’t get turn down service when asked. Wish I didn’t stay on 5th floor as elevator doesn’t go that high
