The check-in staff was polite but stiff like a robot, while the check-out staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great location, nice and modern decoration. it is easy to access to everything in CBD Melbourne, the room is spacious and fully equipped (have a clothes washing machine also)

Strategic location especially on public transport

Overall everything is okay, as described.

The room was chic and clean. It has complete kitchenette too. The view was amazing and they managed to grant us early check in due to our early morning flight. And the jazz music club downstairs was awesome. Not to mention it was situated near to tram stop and flagstaff train station and flagstaff park. Enjoy morning running there. Will come back again when visiting Melbourne.

Such a great hotel, with a complete facilities because its semi apartment and its suitable for us who travelling with a toddler. This apt has a great space, complete kitchen set, and also great washing machine and dish washer. Anyway the minus of this hotel is they don't have a heather so we only turn on the air conditioner into 31 degree so it will warmed the room but if we turn on the air conditioner too long the alarm of heat will on.

Nice place. huge room, and full furnished with all the kitchen stuff.

Great place to stay, near to the many transportation option and food.
