Good place for a short transit before boarding the jetty to Tioman, as it is located very near to the jetty.

Friendly staff… Big room and clean

Not bad for a budget hotel. Carpark free to use. Nice friendly hotel staff. Walls are not sound proof. Heard many many conversations, traffic noise and humans procreating. Tap leaking, toilet bowl leaking. Clean floors and bedsheets. Overall experience was OK for an extremely budget hotel. Stayed only 8 hours and off we went.

It would have been better if it had a window.

The room is really basic. Good place to stay for a 1 night stay if you are on a transit to somewhere else. About 3 mins drive to city centre. Good parking place.

Very clean despite of budget hotel. Staff are polite & helpful. Pressure water pressure. Air conditioner in good condition & cold enough. Near to Mersing bus station & not far from mersing jetty (walking distance).

At night was s o noisy that I had difficulty to sleep.

I hope next time the. honest with their service. Other workers already put my 2 room next door but the aunty request the extra money if we want the next door room.

Service is terrible. TV pun x function, not recommended, want to check in is ckp xde record, whereas dh booking old.
