Room is not problem but the way of room management is very bad. We booked and already paid, when arrived late night, hotel said no room available and don't know why we still can book and paid!! Then they told us to call to CS to return us money which is not easy since credit card already paid. Finally after waiting they can manage to find the room for us but next time we will find other places. Hotel is clean and convenient but the way of management need to be improved.
