Looking for a dog friendly hotel in or close to Segovia didnt have much choice. Settled on El Rancho and we were delighted. Forgot to tell them we would have a dog when we booked but the reception staff couldnt have been more helpful. Lovely room on ground floor with a patio door out onto a grassed area was perfect for those middle of the night calls. Continental breakfast had lots of choice

Bed too small, room to hot, air didn’t work

I booked this hotel based largely on the fabulous looking pool. We arrived to find it was closed for the season. The surly receptionist said their terms make this clear (I checked their website and found nothing). It put a dampener on our stay. The main restaurant was also closed. We were advised we could use their other restaurant. We checked it out, it is really a locals bar, which I normally wouldn’t mind but it was filthy. Tables were uncleared and cigarette butts lay everywhere. Shame because Segovia is lovely.

Just one night stay, the desk staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English and helped us enormously. Could not wish for better. Breakfast was very pleasant and the food was excellent full marks.

It was super windy and they were eating for us. Super nice, gave us glasses for our wine. Recommended us where to park to avoid damage from the trees. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Sad we arrived late and left on the morning. No time to enjoy the place. Stayed with our two dogs.

Nicest Hotel on my trip so far!

Great hotel overall. Very comfortable large room with a small balcony. Clean too. Not a lot happening in the town but it was a good place to access both Segovia and the mountains. Breakfast was great too. Would stay here again.

Hotel was a brilliant find, we arrived after midnight and door staff couldn't have eeen better. We had 2 dogs with us and they loved it too, plenty of garden to walk them in and door from room straight onto it

Nice clean hotel, requested top floor room before arriving due to reading other quests complaints Re noise Was put on second floor, heard next door conversation for over an hour when trying to sleep Also overhead floor noise when people came in late So had a terrible nights sleep Also sink water was not running away blocked sink which I reported , no good me reporting the noise as reception had no one speaking English

We opted to stay at El Rancho to break on our journey from Alicante to Santander, combined with a trip into Segovia for suckling pig. The Hotel is lovely, not particularly friendly but nevertheless good.

Our room was great. Lots of place, well decorated and perfecly clan. The breakfast was awesome. Lots of choice and good quality products. 10 minutes from Segovia in a quiet area. I recommend it.

Absolut en fantastisk oplevelse. Utroligt charmerende hotel, gennemført, dejlige store værelser. Gode senge rengøring i top, sådan kunne jeg blive ved. Fantastisk hjælpsomt personale. super morgenmadsbuffet. Kan kun varmt anbefales.

Otelin konumu araçla seyahat edenler için uygundur. Temizlik iyi, kahvaltısı fena değil.

Fantastique endroit! Personnel sympathique, beau décor rustique, bon restaurant sur place. Je recommande sans hesitation!

Simplemente genial.

Habitaciones muy amplias, cómodas y limpias con un magnífico cuarto de baño. Bien insonorizada. Un buen desayuno buffet. Todo su personal muy amable y profesional, hacen que la estancia sea más agradable. Si duda lo recomiendo

El trato y la comodidad ha sido muy bueno, volvería sin duda.
