Yep excellent hotel. Every aspect. Room is ultra modern and comfortable. Food was ridiculously good and excellent value. Staff always friendly even when the language was a bit of a barrier I have to return in a month and will be disappointed if I cannot get back in.

Good gym- WiFi was a bit on and off, and the food is very good

Excellent room, very modern, clean and comfortable. Huge comfortable bed and pillows. Quirky shower room with an in built curtain blind as there was a window in to the room! Reception were very friendly helping to guide me to the car park round the back of the hotel although parking on the street in front is cheaper if you arrive late and leave early. The Spar next door is handy for picking up some bits if you’re staying long. I’d definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

I stayed with my family. And we faced with lack of hot water in shower/bath. Others were ok. Staffs were kind. The room we stayed was clean.

The hotel was amazing! Great design, great service, delicious food, awesome gym. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the spa treatments but we would love to come back!

Reception staff were very helpfull with a booking issue after a long journey

It was a lovely hotel very new, spacious and clean however none of the staff understood or spoke English and my husband who is Spanish had to constantly translate which was very frustrating. We were a large group and checked in separately my mum was told that the spa was free and open until 9pm we were told there was a charge and it closed at 7! When we looked at the spa people were still there and was very much open. We only booked this hotel for the spa! The hotel was in the middle of a residential area there was nothing in terms of restaurants or cafes or shops in the immediate vicinity. We had no choice but to eat at hotel restaurant which was actually lovely as food was great and waiter was lovely (but spoke no English)

This place was absolutely awesome and the staff and service second to none.

This is a great option in the small rural town of Ciudad de Binefar. We got two meals included in our stay, which was great. And the room had a spa Jacuzzi, which was fun. The hotel gym was small and mighty, although the spa and pool were under construction. A great place for one night on the road.

The room is big and with a good bathroom. Unfortunately it is very thin wall, so I could hear everything going on upatairs and next door. There was also something wrong with the sentral cleaning system, which meant there was a loud noise in the hallway which could be heard inside the room. The staff were friendly and check in was smooth

Moderno hotel con todos los servicios. Destacable el bar-cafetería abierto todo el día. Spa completo, lástima del reducido espacio de vestuarios y las taquillas. La MP es correcta.

Le personnel très professionnel et accueillant. La chambre propre lumineuse et suffisamment spacieuse. Belle salle de bain, le tout moderne et épuré et très confortable. Nous avions choisi la formule avec dîner et petit déjeuner, les deux repas ont été au delà de nos attentes au regard de la modique somme de 50€ pour 2.

There was no possibility to relax outside, as it was closed for the season, this was not mentioned on the site of the provider. the town itself was a bit disappointing.

Seul hôtel du coin donc parfait pour une ville étape. Mais la piscine n’est pas accessible sauf à payer 20€/pers/heure pour le spa (ça nous a permis de découvrir la piscine municipale à 10 min à pied pour 4.40€ par adulte et hyper bien équipée pour échapper aux 38 degrés à l’ombre). Le restaurant en bas est à prix raisonnable, plats bons et très généreux mais service nul : on s’est senti comme des étrangers arrivant à Paris et dérangeant les personnes qui ont choisi le service comme métier. Enfin 13€ de parking à ajouter sur la note. En revanche appartement immense avec deux chambres et un salon mais pas de quoi cuisiner et pas de patères pour les serviettes (un détail mais énervant quand il faut se servir de chaises comme d’étendoirs à linge). Bref ville étape et c’est tout
